Mitt Romney, the Republican presidential nominee in 2012, threw a little cold water Sunday on the brewing speculation that he will mount a third White House bid in 2016.
“I’m not running, I’m not planning on running,” Mr. Romney said in an interview on “Fox News Sunday,” in response to a question about his future ambitions.

Anyone that thinks he would not have made a far greater president that the poser-in-chief who occupies the White House now, or any of the democratic contenders who may run (and god help us, win, in 2016!) are flat out delusional. Who could be more worse, than Obama?

    1. Harry Truman first proposed universal health care, birddog. Something you might have missed in the Fox News/Rush Limbaugh Institute history lesson.

    2. You proved my point. Even a "sell-out RINO Democratic-Lite" Republican, will get your vote and all the votes of the "principled conservative" Tea Partyers....

and the RNC knows that. :)

Only the second...but still true. Just like I know you will vote for any Republican...out of the desperate hope they won't "sell you out".....except they will, because your views are now politically poisonous to even the GOP, Brewskier.

Or tell me I'm wrong and tell me you'll vote Libertarian or Constitutional Party. But don't expect anybody to believe you.

BTW, I would have voted for Gary Johnson if the GOP had nominated him in 2012.

Even in your hyper-partisan delusion, you should not speak ill of the dead.

Truman was a moderate, and would likely remain so - unless you're assuming his being 130 years old would have taken its toll by now.

Actually, as Senator Graham astutely opined, it's an existential necessity.

Sometimes, it seems the only thing that prevents the TP wacko birds from mincing further rightward is their scientific acumen that disposes them to fear falling off the edge.

The Obama-hating pantywaists are a tiresome lot. He's just your average mediocre presidents.

Your rambling, non-sensible posts are boring. Say what you mean, and mean what you say. By the way, I am very capable of understanding anything you post that makes sense.

The dims win elections with complicity of the MSM, lies, and voter fraud. Whether one digs out research and statistics to support that reality does not change the facts.

It's interesting that you refer to the Democrats as dims when it's you trying to pass off your fabricated and exaggerated version of reality as fact, in between being in favor of executing Obama that is.

I leave you with a Neil Degrasse Tyson quote:

"If you want to assert a truth, first make sure it's not just an opinion that you desperately want to be true"

I'm rarely wrong IMHO, but unlike you "dims," I will admit it when I am.

Yes, you must find my relentlessly posting that attitudes of patriotic Americans as upsetting as my drawing attention to the stark voting disparity between the best- and worst-educated states.

Facts are clearly not of interest for anyone whose ideological dogma is not propped up by them.

Nevertheless, the alienated malcontents need to be constantly reminded of the reality.

THAT is a prime example of rightwing thinking-

    1. "Republicans never REALLY lose elections...it's always stolen by Dems or the MSM"

and 2. "I don't care if you have research or data...it won't change what I believe is true."

That's when they scream "skewed polls"....and dream of "Romney Landslides" :)

The Rs make mistake and contribute to election losses. Romney was a good example. What I was talking about was the "most important reasons."

I realize you are slow on the uptake, so I'll try to be more clear the next time.

Aw, Mitt. Come on, run again in 2016. It will be fun to watch Hillary clean your clock in a debate.:clapping:

Or worse. He had absolutely no empathy for middle class or poor people.

Let me guess..."If they ran REAL conservatives, they'd win every Presidential election in a landslide, just like good ol' Ronnie Reagan did".....right?

    - - - Updated - - -

Oh, I'm sure Mitt would tell those stories again how he and Ann "lived off of peanut butter sandwiches eaten on a card table" and how he was a "completely self-made man whose family name had ZERO impact on him rising in the ranks of the investment world."
