I heard the same thing about Saddam. That and the fact that he was dumping oil on the market (and into the Gulf) was more than enough to get him offed by the Texas oil gentlemen.

Some guys just insist on going off the reservation. Know what I mean?

Seems there really was a discrepancy between the flight recorder and the flight controller and that someone was on a foreign payroll:

MOSCOW, October 23 (RIA Novosti) - Four Vnukovo Airport employees have been arrested as suspects in connection with the aircraft crash with Total CEO Christophe de Margerie, Russian Investigative Committee Spokesperson Vladimir Markin said early on Thursday.

"Leading engineer of Vnukovo Airport's aerodrome service Vladimir Ledenev, who was heading the snow-removing work, the chief of Vnukovo Airport flights Roman Dunayev, Vnukovo Airport manager-trainee Svetlana Krivsun, Vnukovo Airport Manager Aleksander Kruglov, who was leading the air traffic at the time of the crash, have been arrested," Markin stated.

So wait, the kremlinites are trying to spin this as some sort of CIA assassination or something ? Lol. That's right Russian trolls. We can reach you even in the safety of your capital. Be afraid.

Saddam wasn't dumping oil into the Persian Gulf.

Dumping oil on the market was more than enough to raise the ire of the capos.

Elf we have plane accidents in the U.S. as well. These things happen, especially with private jets. This accident was different though because of the person who was killed.

Let me explain what is going on. All the oil in the world is paid for in American dollars, that's why they call it petrodollars. It's what keep the American dollar in demand, and as long as it's in demand, Washington can keep printing dollar bills and buy whatever it wants. It's these dollars that buys the arms for the Pentagon war machine, and which supports over one thousand bases all over the world.

Ghadaffi went off the petrodollar and sold Libya's oil in another currency, and this is why the U.S. bombed Libya and destroyed the country. The only reason Putin went along with the bombing is because Obama promised him that they would not kill Ghadaffi, but they went and killed him anyway.

When the U.S. put sanctions on Russia, Putin retaliated by going off the petro dollar, this is why Washington is so furious with him. The president of Total oil company who died in the airplane said that there was no reason to buy and sell oil in dollars, so he too was going to go off the petrodollar. In addition to that, he went against the sanctions and was working on some gas and oil projects with Russia.

I really believe this was an assassination, and Vladimir Putin does not take crimes like this lightly. He is going to find out who was behind it and all hell will break lose.

I would be worried if the entire board of directors of Total S.A. suffers the same fate,
but actually he is just the chief profit manager of the company and in the corporate world, business as usual will happen after such an incident.
