again, again, AGAIN, HOW are you going to GET our guns, punks? There are as many as 100 million gunowners, and we KNOW that there are 300 million guns. If 90% turn in all the guns that they own, there will still be 30 million guns out here, and then you'll have ANGRY, well armed, skilled people out to get you. Is that what you want? If so, bring it on. It won't be about turning over cars and lighting fires. It will be about silenced autorifles from the rooftops, trees, vehicles and alleys.

    Exactly right.

    Excellently stated.

My jaw hung open as the president spoke.

That guy is an idiot. I'm usually supportive of the office of president, even if I don't agree, but not anymore.

Obama flat out sucks. If you voted for him once... your bad. If you voted for him twice, you're a (*)(*)(*)(*)ing moron.

Yep, there's the President, spouting all that nonsense about the U.S. being built on the rule of law... sure sounds like the worst President ever.

I would assume it was because most normal people are at home already preparing for bed.

I agree. Based on what he laid out there was no way they could have indicted him

Also talking about the deep seated racism that exists in our country.

Do you think that's helpful? Of course not... but why let a good tragedy not advance the racial victimization cause, right?

    The guys an idiot.

Notice he didn't say anything about the cop being vilified. It doesn't advance his cause.

Oh please, everyone can read between the lines. There was an insinuation that the police are racist. If the grand jury did not indict this officer that means he was justified in what he did, so if he was justified in what he did why do we need change? Why any of the mention of discrimination or anything of the like?

This situation has been a media fed pile of garbage from the onset. It's like watching a fire smolder for weeks and waiting until the wind starts blowing before dousing with gasoline. Making this announcement on a Sat or Sun morning would have made more sense, IMO.

It shouldn't even be his cause. His REAL cause is to lead and unify 300 million Americans regardless of race, sex, age or orientation. It's apparently too difficult for him.

Seriously though, it doesn't make any sense. I agree with your assessment of the timing.

If the grand jury did not return any indictments, then I assume that is the correct decision. I am amused by Lawrence O'Dumber and Rachel Madcow being upset that the people in the room were asking the wrong questions.

If there was nothing done wrong by the officer, then that is the right decision. Unfortunately the cases that get brought forth by the media largely ignore that we have a policing problem in parts of the country. I can only assume that people who would oppose body cams are the ones who do not want there to be objective proof of how (*)(*)(*)(*)ty the police treat some people, particularly black people.

Do you think there would have been riots if they indicted the cop?

    Of course not.

I'm tired of this small faction of our society...

Looks like all the little Gruberites got it wrong again. They spread lies about racism, hyped it up, brought in outside talent, all for a lie. Democrats, don't you feel a wee bit silly about now?

Mo, we wish they had waited till the wind chill was about 35 degrees below zero and then turned the fire hoses on the rioters. (NOTE: Rioters, vs peaceful protesters, ie, those not chanting f--- the police.)

But hey, fire hoses are a (bad) Democrat thing. Ever checked, to which party Bull Connor belonged?

Nice little jab at religion there rather than condone the actions of the rioters.

I expected nothing less from a person of your caliber.

When Democrats hit bottom, they break out the heavy excavation equipment. (Short answer: no chance.)

Sad to say but compared to Obama, Carter looks like Superman.

    Killer rabbit and all.

Over on MSNBC, they're causing the decision racist (surprise). They're trying hard to indict Wilson based on what the DA said.

One Missouri State Senator is calling the whole government racist, including those in her own party. You can guess what party she was with.

Why did the prosecutor make no mention of the distance between Wilson and Brown when the fatal shots were fired ? And he made no mention of why Wilson feared for his life or the reason for each shot fired outside the car of which all must be accounted for. He spoke a lot but left out answers to important questions that people who are actually curious as opposed to the merely biased, have been wondering about.

The case is closed, so all the evidence will be available to see.
