relocation

    Anybody have information about cost of living, etc in Bolivia, and or Costa Rica? or other areas of northern Central America? I am thinking of moving there

    Cost of Living in Costa Rica is lower than almost anywhere in the US however it should be noted that all the residences have bars on their windows and nicer areas are almost always walled in. That being said, I was never afraid to walk anywhere by myself and I can't say that about Bolivia.

    I have entertained the idea of moving to BAJA Sur. Not the cheapest cost of living but cheaper then US. Think about relocation here in the US. If you find the right place and live the right way it can be fairly reasonable and even giving you some freedom. It depends on how far off the grid you choose to go.

    My sister and her husband built a house on Costa Rica's west coast. They'll probably retire there. You gotta like monkeys.
