A man convicted of stealing a food supply shop will have his hand amputated under a court sentence issued in Saudi Arabia on Sunday.



The court in the northwestern town of Hael found the man, in his 20s, guilty of burgling the shop and ordered the amputation of his hand from the wrist.
“The court found the thief guilty and handed down its sentence in accordance with Shariah (Islamic law),” the Arabic language daily Sharq said.
The paper did not identity the defendant or say whether he can appeal the verdict, which is normally carried out some weeks later.
Conservative Saudi Arabia, with a population of around 28 million, strictly enforces Islamic law in its judicial system

They would and have ONLY EXISTED AS A PUBLIC RELATIONS GIMIC....and the U.K. Military as well as the Royal Secret Service Equivelent Detachment really has their hands full just trying to make certain neither Prince William's or Prince Harry's PROTECTION TEAMS don't end up PUSHING POSIES just trying to make sure their Charges don't accidentally KILL EACH OTHER!!!

I personally get a good chuckle when I see PRINCE CHARLES all UNIFORMED UP...wearing GOD KNOWS what kind of BRIGHT AND SHINY LARGE PIECES OF METAL OF GOLD AND SILVER attached to his Jacket with Blue, Red and White Ribbons!!! LOL!!!

Now I want EVERYONE to understand I have worked with members of the British SAS and they are well trained and very tough and IN NO WAY DOES A WALLFLOWER LIKE PRINCE CHARLES WHO ENJOYS DRESSING UP PRETENDING HE IS A SOLDIER OR SAILOR.....DEPENDING UPON HIS MOOD.....IN NO WAY DOES HIS REALITY DIMINISH ANYTHING FROM THE REALITY OF BEING A MEMBER OF THE SAS!!!

HOWEVER....I have watched buddies of mine who are or have been a member of the British SAS watch Prince Charles all DOLLED UP FOR WAR....as my buddies just.....CRINDGE!!! LOL!!

As they know me well...they looked at me after this one time MADE FOR BRITISH TV EVENT....and did their very best to attempt to GLAZE OVER THE ENTIRE REALITY THAT SUCH A THING HAPPENED BY SAYING TO ME.....ANOTHER ONE MATE!!??? LOL!!!

I looked at them and replied.....HOLD THE PHONE!!! WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT!!??? LOL!!

To such a question they have no answer and instead of attempting any meaningless explaination they just tries to get me drunk instead!!

Another ISSUE that still really is very much of a PROBLEM is how the UNITED KINGDOM has been INTEGRATED INTO THE U.S. MILITARIES EUCOM.

The United States European Command (EUCOM) is one of nine Unified Combatant Commands of the United States military, headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany. Its area of focus covers 21,000,000 square miles (54,000,000 km2) and 51 countries and territories, including the United Kingdm, Europe, Russia, Iceland, Greenland, and Israel. The Commander of the United States military EUCOM simultaneously serves as the Supreme Allied Commander, Europe (SACEUR) within NATO—an intergovernmental military alliance. During the Gulf War and Operation Northern Watch, EUCOM controlled the forces flying from Incirlik Air Base.

Basically the United Kingdom and it's Military Forces are essentially under the control of the Supreme Allied Commander of the United States Militaries EUCOM as this American Commander simultaneously serves as the Supreme Allied Commander, Europe (SACEUR) within NATO.

This arrangment and U.S. Military Led Force Structure and Leadership was agreed upon long ago during WWII and it has made sence for all members of EUCOM considering the the Massive Capability existing as a part of the U.S. Military.

HOWEVER.....some Brits are NOT very happy with it especially THE QUEEN!!!

For the U.K.'s Military Forces to effectively fall under the COMMAND of the PENTAGON even if it is designed to be led by the Supreme Allied Commander, Europe (SACEUR) within NATO....who is ALWAYS an American....for the U.K.'s Military Forces to effectively fall under the Command of the PENTAGON.....this is a REALITY the QUEEN has a HARD TIME SWALLOWING!!!

One of he specific issues is that not Charles nor William nor Harry will EVER be the SUPREME MILITARY LEADER of the U.K. Forces.

American's...contrary to what the QUEEN might think American's are thinking about our Military Leadership being the Supreme Overall Authority in times of WAR.....American's don't think anything of it.

We simply see it as necessary to prevent possible and ALWAYS HAPPENING FRIENDLY FIRE EVENTS....as well as preventing European Military Forces such as the British Army, Navy, Marines and Air Force....FROM ACCIDENTALLY GETTING IN THE WAY....of Massive American Integrated Service Military Attacks upon an Enemy.

Thus with British Forces being directly under American Military Command and Control....British Forces are more properly and SAFELY utilized.
