Personally, I'm not sure, but it does seem to be heading in that direction.

Attacking the Vatican would be a bad idea for the bad guys. There are too many Catholics in America/the world. Even Biden and Pelosi would (probably) want to make a major move if THAT happened.

Italy is the nearest safe place for Libyan refugees fleeing Libya.. and of course the Italians are concerned.. That's what happened before the NATO airstrikes.

Remember the US and UK turned away Jewish refugees fleeing Hitler's Reich.. Refugees are a problem.
