I still remember what a struggle it was for everyone to actually admit what beverage Trayvon was carrying when he committed suicide. Never seen so many people mad about a watermelon cocktail.

Instead of running the short distance to get to safety, he went back to find GZ, found him and died......

What's really to bad is that he didn't have a father who said "NO, you're not going to the store. 3rd suspension in 5 months? You lost your freedom. It's called consequences for bad behavior...." and stayed firm about disciplining and laying down the rules for his troubled teenage son......

He stood his own ground and was killed for it. Zimmerman, hero of the right, has since proved himself to by a scumbag of the worst variety. Long story short, the wrong person died that day.

Dude, understand, based upon reading PF for 3 years, the skin tone determines the amount of guilt you have. A Martin vs Zimmerman will have the white nationalists here jumping to Zimmerman's side every time, because to them, at least he had some European blood in him. Wilson and Brown...no brainer. Gardner and NYC, no brainer.

 

God almighty........ya know, Joe, having had a teenage son under my roof, there's no way in hell I would have given that kid of mine freedom if he had screwed up repeatedly, like getting his 3rd school suspension.... that would have scared me, I would really be seeing red flags that something was wrong, even after the 2nd suspension.....

If I had to bury my beloved son under these circumstances, I would have lived w/guilt for the rest of my life, knowing damn well if I had had the backbone to make him face the consequences for bad behavior - no freedom, no privileges and get to the root of his problem, I would still have my kid today......

There would be no 'pride' in saying my dead son 'stood his ground', particularly after his gf testified that he told her he was close to home.... but he didn't go home. And if TM was really scared of GZ, why didn't he call the cops? He had a phone on him......

The truth is no one would have died that night if at least one of them had used whatever brain power they had........ they were BOTH in the wrong and poppa Martin was in the wrong for not paying attention to his troubled son's lifestyle and tendency to get into trouble.

There's a lot of blame here to go all the way around.........

Yet when a mayor of NY talks to his biracial son about how to be aware of your surroundings and act appropriately, these same folks applaud the police for turning their back on him. Its like damned if you do and damned if you don't.

100% of the evidence suggests this, not just what Zimmerman said.

No he wouldn't, the outcome would've been the same because this has nothing to do with race despite your desperate attempts to make it about race.

I never said you had to ask where, I was stating a fact about your post history. And virtually all your posts regarding TM/GZ are racist because you claim it's about race when not one shred of evidence suggests race had anything to do with this. Thus YOU are judging this based solely on race...very definition of racism.

Once again, 100% of the evidence suggests this.

Not only was this not about Stand your Ground, NOT one shred of evidence suggests TM was attacked. You can claim it all you want, but it's incredibly racist of you to draw a conclusion that isn't supported by ANY evidence simply because of race.

 

His mother was white, his father was black, in old days he would be called mulatto, but mixed race is what is used today. Biracial is used also.

No wonder so many of these kids have turned into thugs and has a penitentiary or their own funeral looming in their future....
