I don't think so. Obama is clearly a socialist, but not in the same vein as the NAZI's. He's more of a Maoist or maybe a Stalinist.

 

You certainly have a right to your opinion. I submit that Obama hates Jews and most likely Christians as well, and is willing to let Iran continue their nuclear program. In my book, that makes him a Nazi.

I agree with your assessment. I can't figure out why he thinks that - but as time goes on, and he nears the end of his term - he become more and more belligerent in his "causes." We may never know what caused Obama to be the man he became but I don't think history will remember him kindly. He's not the "messiah" his followers were looking for and he's not a President that puts American first.

What he'll be able to accomplish (or destroy) in his remaining limited time will be interesting to see.

There is NO evidence that Iran is building a nuclear bomb... On the other hand Bibi has been claiming for nearly a decade that Iran is six months from having the bomb.. How do you like being conned by an incompetent who can't address Israel's real and pressing problems?

Bibi will plead with the US Congress to forget about any diplomatic solution with Iran and ask for another $300 million from US taxpayers.

 

A strike on Iran to bolster Netanyahu's electoral chances is not in anyone's interests, least of all Israel's. Mossad and the IDF already stopped him once.

 

There is plenty of evidence Iran wants a nuclear bomb, they're full speed ahead on uranium enrichment, a heavy water reactor, and have denied IAEA inspectors access to the Parchin weapons development facility. They've produced 20% enriched uranium, far higher than that needed for civilian nuclear power generation.

Bibi didn't say they were 6 months from having the bomb, he said they were 6 months away from having weapons grade uranium. The Institute for Science and International Security essentially agrees with him, saying if they wanted to "breakout" and create weapons grade uranium, they are only 2 months away. They have over 6000 centrifuges installed and ready to go, but not using them.

We're all nuts. We're not guided solely by logic and reason, we're guided by emotion and animalistic impulses too. And how do you square Israel as an ally to the U.S.? They were a strategic beachhead against the Soviet Union. The Soviet Union that hasn't existed since the early '90's. Israel, because of their actions and our neverending support, has made us hated in the Arab world. OBL cited it in his fatwas. Support for Israel gets Americans killed. If you love America and by extension Americans, why is it okay for us to die for Israelis? Is dying for Israel a noble cause or something?

The next time they intervene it might not be so peaceful. I think everyone realizes the seriousness of the situation though. If Israel attacks Iran preemptively, the consequences are going to be immediate. I don't know if we'd stand up for Israel if Russia were to jump into the mix, we might, but I wouldn't say that it is a guaranteed response. But I suspect that if Israel doesn't act against Iran, that they'll be attacked nonetheless. Iran is chomping at the bit to get it some of Israel. "Death to Israel" isn't a propaganda slogan in Iran. It is a real slogan. Iranians by the million want to see Israel wiped off the map -- turned to a glass parking lot.

What we're in right now is a whirlpool taking us somewhere unpleasant and we cannot get out of it.

Even if Iran was/is building a nuke I think Israel would be better off improving their missile defense system rather than actively attacking Iran. I mean...aren't they unable to shoot down SCUD missiles or
