This sleazy dream of the left has been blown all to hell. It appears that Netanyahu has won, and will be able to form a government. I guess Obama can go eat worms.

It means Obama wasted more taxpayer money backing Netanyahu's opponent. Yet another Obama fail!

Because he knows what's going on, unlike clueless Mr. Obama.

My God, for Obama to support Iran and ignore one of our best allies in the ME? That is just insanity.

The election in Israel will have zero impact upon the elections in the United States. None, zip, nada.

The idea that his defeat would hurt Republicans is laughable and wishful thinking on the part of the left wing partisan hacks.

IF you were honest, you would acknowledge that a LOT of Muslims are terrorists and would like to force Sharia Law on us.

    - - - Updated - - -

I disagree. He knows more about Iran and Palestine than President Obama could ever hope too, but President Obama arrogantly and foolishly ignores him. And now . . . he is trying to loosen sanctions on Iran so that they can get and enrich uranium. Very worrisome for the entire ME. It's not just Israel that doesn't like or trust Iran and knows the scoop on Iran.

Obama's actions are going to cause an arms war in the Middle East. I've heard the Saudis are already pursuing their own nuclear "deal" now.

If YOU were honest, you would acknowledge that
    a. wantin' ain't gettin'
    b. sharia law is something a lot of Americans are terrified of but few have taken the trouble to read about
    c. sharia law and Islamic (not Islamist, ISLAMIC) law condemns terrorism.
    d. many Muslims in the U.S. came here to GET AWAY from the Islamist equivalent of our religious right and THAT interpretation of Sharia law.

Would you like a reading list?

I guess the voters in Israel told Obama to go suck an egg. Obama is totally embarrassed by Netanyahu, because he is known as a great leader in the world. Obama pales in his shadow.

Bibi has a highly warped version of history... which serves his agenda and promotes fear.. He is the worst enemy that Israel has had since Ariel Sharon.

Saudi Arabia has lobbied for a nuke free ME for over 50 years.. and its not Obama's fault that they may be forced into obtaining nuclear weapons of their own.. A deal between the US and Iran would calm or eliminate that need.

Israel's continued theft of land and water is a decades old provocation along with their threats to the neighbors.

As for me.. I just as soon see Bibi stop running his mouth and make good on his threats to bomb Iran.

    Oh really?

    http://www.wsj.com/articles/saudi-nuclear-deal-raises-stakes-for-iran-talks-1426117583

Saudi Arabia’s former intelligence chief, Prince Turki al-Faisal, a member of the royal family, has publicly warned in recent months that Riyadh will seek to match the nuclear capabilities Iran is allowed to maintain as part of any final agreement reached with world powers. This could include the ability to enrich uranium and to harvest the weapons-grade plutonium discharged in a nuclear reactor’s spent fuel.

Several U.S. and Arab officials have voiced concerns about a possible nuclear-arms race erupting in the Middle East, spurred on by Saudi Arabia’s regional rivalry with Iran, which has been playing out in Syria, Iraq, Lebanon and Yemen in recent months.

“The proliferation of nuclear technologies is a nightmare the White House would like to discount rather than contemplate,” said Simon Henderson of the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, a Washington think tank. “This is more than just an imaginary threat.”

    I don't think so.

I know all about Iran and their mullahs beliefs. Perhaps YOU should do some reading of your own?

So, if it was going to be bad for Republicans if he lost, how about now? My guess is that the left wing hacks will flip-flop now and agree with me when I say their election will have no impact in ours.

Well, they still have a couple years to try and keep us out of another massive ground war or the whole ME boiling over.

God knows we have never had any influence over our red headed step child so one can't expect the US to control the Arab Spring or the likes of ISIS.

You never know, the Messiah might get out his big red magic marker and draw another line in the sand. That will stop them, at least until they stop rolling on the ground laughing uncontrollably.

Did you really think there was a quick fix for two wars and the economy... or the 60 year conflict in Palestine?

Of course not, our economy will heal itself like it has always done. Presidents have little effect on it good or bad for the most part.

As for the conflict in Palestine, how can there be a quick fix when the two sides have been at each others throats for thousands of years?

I think it's a bit late for that . . . the ME is already at the boiling point. And now, we are going to start a nuclear arms race in the ME. Great idea Obama!
