At one point it looked like the horse was positioning itself to give the dirt bag a kick of his own. I was hoping. Look at the milk toast liberal announcer reporting the story. He looks like the little snitch in first grade who tells the teacher you have a squirt gun. Too funny.

which is why we need copcam's, so the public can make sure cops are behaving as we expect them too

I am pro cop and pro deadly force to the max when there is an aggressive move towards a cop or a deadly threat. But there was no reason for that beating. You want to blow off steam because you're all amped up after a chase, find another outlet.

No. If I have a uniform policy at my place of business, it carries no weight of law.

 

So if dept policy says, "It is against dept policy to physically abuse a suspect who is taken into custody" and then a video surfaces of you doing just that, what type of defense are you going to use to justify physically abusing a suspect?

 

OOPS! Poor and reckless analogy. Try to stick to the subject. Abuse is against the law. A choke hold is not if used to lawfully restrain someone. Try harder. Go stick words in someone else' mouth.

Well I am for them for a few reasons. In addition to what you said, they would also be beneficial to exonerate an officer who was wrongly accused or nip the accusation in the bud and avoid the trial altogether. That would ultimately save the taxpayers money because like the cop who shot the guy in the back, the video speaks volumes. I cant think of any reason a police officer who has nothing to hide would not want or even volunteer to wear one. It could only help. They work both ways, A) they will force bad cops to play nice, and B) they will nip those racist cop accusations right in the bud.
Win win for both sides of the argument.

Nope.
I got a governmental report / opinion of the HRW stating that the % of white people who commit drug related crimes is higher than the % of black people, while black people get arrested FAR FAR more often than white people and get scented more severe than black people when find guilty on the same circumstances. This is how racism works in the police force and justice department. That proves my point.
