Yes, Jeb Bush is a moron.

There is no Social Security problem - certainly nothing that would merit raising the retirement age.

Those scumbag politicians just have to stop stealing from the trust fund, is all.

They should probably replace the stuff they stole already, that might help.

This guy Bush is a real piece of work, he's right up there with Hillary, completely untrustworthy. He's flip-flopped so many times on these issues it's hard to keep track of where he is today.

You said you are 54.... but you don't seem to understand not ONE advocate of increasing age of retirement says it will be done to those over 55!
Changes in SS will NOT affect you!
So please don't be a nervous nelly that based on your poor math ability and common sense affects MY son and his family that ARE under 55 and that WANT
SS to be there for them!
Read a little more before jumping to inaccurate conclusions!

Yep. I get it. But we used the dollar bill to buy the treasury bill. And Uncle Sam did stuff with that dollar bill. And they said "If you give me that dollar now, I will use it for 10 years and give you two dollars in 10 years". So if after ten years they say "ha ha - we fooled you. You don't get your money back" then they deserve to be shot in the head while lined up to a brick wall. And I am kind of thinking something like that could go down if they pull a fast one like that. There are 88 million households with 300 million firearms. And every National Guardsman and Air National Guardsman has dollars in his wallet and treasury bonds in his social security trust fund. So uncle sam would be pissing off folks with small arms AND folks with fighter jets, tanks, etc. I hope and pray that's motivation for Congress not to stop paying out on Social Security.

This is like playing a game of poker and telling the dealer that if you lose, you're going to kill him.

Let's say that in ten years you finally retire from your job. While you're waiting in line at the social security office to tell them to cut your first check, President Michelle signs a bill into law that eliminates social security. They put up a sign on the door that says "Closed" and tell you that they are no longer in business. You walk outside to your car as the "for sale" sign is being posted on the front door while the desks and computers and staplers are being auctioned off in the parking lot. You get your gun.

    Who do you shoot first?
