The authority/law has already lost the ability to operate in most of these designated "no-go zones" which are increasingly easy to find in the most "diverse" ("divided" is the term that should be applied there) countries. Even large amounts of the second largest city in the Netherlands, the city center of Manchester, and plenty of Sweden and France have been converted into such "zones". Any place in which a country's government, law and authority have been pushed out by worthless third-worlders who seek the economic benefits of entering Europe and give nothing positive back- just like parasites- need to be reclaimed. They are literally under the occupation of foreign criminals, obey no authority other their own, and many of their inhabitants have a clear distaste for the indigenous Europeans who foolishly allowed them in -and who never voted or even had a say regarding whether they should be allowed in. Within the next few decades the future of the human species will change drastically depending on the outcome of events in Europe. A European collapse to third-world standards will be the end of tens of billions per year in foreign aid to Africa, the end of "we're just seeking a better life" cowards who can't build their own society- nor could their ancestors- and flee to one of the remaining places that actually has civilization maintained, and the beginning of a rapid decline of the world at large.
