Confederate flag equals gay flag

Why should I accept your preference over a documented fact that it was named differently?

Neither do state flags. Few flags do.

Demand what you like. Raise the Confederate flag on your own porch and command people to think whatever you like. Others will calmly point out the history of each flag. Then let's see what America decides it thinks of each and the folks who fly them.

The Confederate flag has had a 100 years to earn it's meaning. I'm guessing your demands won't change many minds at this point. But you certainly have a right to try.

You said it represents all the sexual diversity of the world. How in the world is that a good thing? Beyond consensual sex between a man and a woman, it goes downhill quickly. Between two of the same sex is fine I guess if that's your thing. Whatever. Anything beyond that goes onto the area of extreme perversion and the downright illegal. A rainbow has many colors. Very few of those colors should be celebrated, and the more that get celebrated, the more sick this world becomes. I'm glad you agree with some of what I said. And I have no problem with same sex relationships. Beyond that, no. It should not even be tolerated, let alone celebrated. The more the line between right and wrong blurs, the more society collapses around us.

You say you honor it...when in fact what you are doing is dismissing it. Many "dudes" have chosen tp make the confederate flag divisive in their imaginations. The dofference between the left and the right...The left gets offended and demands that everyone agree with them.

Correct at least today it is...This helped open the door for MINOR ATTRACTED PEOPLE (pedophile is such a demeaning phrase and we know how libs like to change the meaning of words, alter terms to suit agenda's) , they can use the very same arguments and all ready are, with endorsements...and none by conservatives.

Alcee Hastings (D-Fl) stated that all alternative sexual lifestyles should be protected under the law. “This bill addresses our resolve to end violence based on prejudice and to guarantee that all Americans, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability or all of these ‘philias’ and fetishes and ‘isms’ that were put forward need not live in fear because of who they are. I urge my colleagues to vote in favor of this rule.”

You failed to tell me which color represents MINOR ATTRACTED PEOPLE. Please tell me you are not judging these sexually oriented people by the Ich factor

Hypocrisy is the act of being two faced...acting one way when you hear what you want to hear (on the bandwagon) and another when you hear what you do not want to hear (dismissal).

 

How do you figure? It's still more than legal to put your confederate flag anywhere you want except government buildings. Go to any Civil War re-enactment and you'll seen hundreds of 'em.

Go to any Gay Pride parade and you'll see hundreds of 'em. But not on government buildings.

 

You made the charge. You need to be specific. Make sure that you cover your bases and that you do not ignore words that have meaning and purpose.

 

I did not say Conservative pedophiles upset with gays getting equal rights would not file a bunch of cases like this, but they will not succeed, why... because children can't give consent

But it does seem to me that the flag supporters are acting as though possessing or flying the flag is being criminalized. And so i wanted to make the general point that not very much is happening. It is not government over reach.... Just taking down a few flags at government sites. That is not exactly an existential attack on southern heritage and honor
