Abortion services account for about 3 percent of Planned Parenthoods activities. Thats less than cancer screening and prevention (16 percent), STD testing for both men and women (35 percent), and contraception (also 35 percent). About 80 percent of Planned Parenthoods users are over age 20, and 75 percent have incomes below 150 percent of the poverty line. Planned Parenthood itself estimates it prevents more than 620,000 unintended pregnancies each year, and 220,000 abortions. Its also worth noting that federal law already forbids Planned Parenthood from using the funds it receives from the government for abortions. So though the fight over Planned Parenthood might be about abortion, Planned Parenthood itself isnt about abortion. Its primarily about contraception and reproductive health. And if Planned Parenthood loses funding, what will mainly happen is that cancer screenings and contraception and STD testing will become less available to poorer people. Folks with more money, of course, have many other ways to receive all these services, and tend to get them elsewhere already. The fight also isnt about cutting spending. The services Planned Parenthood provides save the federal government a lot of money. Its somewhat cold to put it in these terms, but taxpayers end up bearing a lot of the expense for unintended pregnancies among people without the means to care for their children. The same goes for preventable cancers and sexually transmitted diseases such as HIV/AIDS. No matter your stance on abortion, it's legal in the US. So, when you have an aborted fetus, you can either throw it in the trash can, or use it in conjunction with stem cell research to potentially cure cancer, AIDS, and a boat load of other diseases. Is this really a tough decision? I want people dying of cancer to be cured, so I guess I'm pro-life, huh? Please don't confuse me with the pro-birth people who claim they are pro-life, because they only want to force the woman to have her rapists baby, but they don't want any of their precious taxpayer dollars going to help the child once it's out of the womb. If this post makes you mad, it's because you know it's true.
Precisely what slavetrading filth said back in the day. "Oh well slavery is legal might as well profit off of these negroes while we can eh George?"
How would you know? The GOP is by far the largest provider of abortions by way of their ignorance regarding sex education and birth control. Planned Parenthood has prevented millions of abortions over the years by way of their hands on approach to preventing pregnancies.

Should be increased, then. They prevent childhood suffering. I think churches and anyone else who opposes it, should be forced to pay for a child's food, medicine, shelter, and clothing for all the abortions they prevent. Tax the churches for opposing abortion and for supporting illegals. They should pay for the unemployment insurance of all Americans who are out of work. Churches are a cancer to this Republic.
I think after these videos that Planned Parenthood is finished. They'll be preforming 0 abortions once they get run out of town.
