Might have been posted here already, haven't been keeping tabs. Has made the rounds on Facebook.

Mothers like this who deal with the kinds of problem youth that so often end up on the wrong side of the law seem to be the only ones who understand where the problem really comes from: most instances of black people being shot are not because of police brutality, but because the police tried to arrest them and they started shooting at the police.

The problem is that they don't care about their own lives. Thugs and criminals don't care about making an honest living, obeying the law, etc etc. Ironically, we can't do anything about police brutality and over-reach until blacks in America get in line with everyone else in terms of propensity to commit crimes. Then their own criminal actions won't further inflate police violence stats already inflated by their militaristic nature, which currently means the two effects can't be distinguished. Then, the cops would be exposed for the military thugs they really are.

But until the populace stops giving them an excuse to act like Gestapo, both effects will be reinforced. The cops will feel vindicated in their abhorant actions, and the criminals will excuse their criminality on police persecution. Neither problem will thus be solved.

People do not seem to want to understand that media manipulation of social structures has created exactly what we've got. All forms of media. Music, video games, film, television, all of it is created by big money. That source is not working to help us, they work to exploit us. They've been running a very intense conspiracy on all of our populations for 50 years.

Almost any band aid which we apply is going to get dirt trapped under it and cause an infection. Time to soak, cleanse, remove the scabs and purify the tissue. We are a psychologically wounded nation, and don't even know it.

Those twisting the knife in our back have littered the social landscape with pockets of infectious deception.

Time to go back to the basics of freedom, of law, of rights and how to enforce them. In this, when it's done right, is something that heals the divisions that make us ineffective, doing that returns an element of trust. When it's done right, difficult truths humble the liars and those that would try to hide the truths.

The basics are the framing documents and their fundamental intentions. When we start an agreement upon them, it belittles the petty divisions that constantly plague us. We rise above the divsions into the common need, we find true unity there. With that unity we become "the rightful
Masters of the congress and the courts".

This is our lawful and peaceful revolution and the first thing we do is agree upon prime constitutional intent which elevates us in power.

Here us that simple inquiry that we must carry into our people.

Do you agree and accept that the framers of the founding documents intended for us to alter or abolish government destructive to our unalienable rights?

Do you agree and accept that the ultimate purpose of free speech is to enable the unity adequate to effectively alter or abolish?

Only sincere Americans that understand what the framers truly intended as human beings grasping natural law will, easily accept those things, because those Americans UNDERSTAND, their support for those timeless principles is unconditional.

I disagree with you but I must say sincerely that is a very eloquently written post.

Thanks! I did have a feeling of comprehensiveness while writing that and the analogy used in the beginning of it.

I'm interested in exactly what part you do not agree with.

The police in Ferguson are using the court system as a revenue stream. They are told to issue as many summons as possible so the court system can generate as much money as possible. The courts played games as well. Mostly they would let people set up payments on their fines and then turn around and issue a warrant for their arrest because they hadn't paid their fine in full. The arrest warrant could be solved for about 500 dollars. Almost 75 percent of the people in Ferguson had a warrant out for their arrest.

The sad thing about Ferguson is that it is not the exception. It might have been a little worse than most areas but it really isn't any different anywhere else. The police use certain neighborhoods as a revenue stream. Does race play issue? Sometimes. The economics of a neighborhood are the biggest issue. Police have been told to go in these neighborhoods and ticket people for everything they can. They have been told to build a long rap sheet on the people in these neighborhoods so that, eventually, we would be able to put them away for good. No more first offense sentences for someone with a long rap sheet. So the police did that for a while. And people noticed that not only could they attack the people they were always snotmouthing and get away with it, but they could make money while they were doing it. That's when these neighborhoods became a revenue stream.

But don't let it bother you. It's OK to rob people as long as you insult them while you do it, right? Just call them criminals and you can take as much as you want from them. Steal everything they have and claim it was their fault.

How would you like it if a cop followed you around all day so he could ticket you for anything he could think of? How would you like it if a cop were told to generate a long rap sheet on you so, one day, they could put you away for good? How would you like it if you were the one who was supposed to be the revenue stream?

And the solution is to crawl into line and do what we're told? No. I don't think so. You see, there's no way we can. It doesn't matter what we do, the police will still find a way to criminalize us. They want that money. Look at the DOJ report on Ferguson. Look at all the instances where there was no crime committed but the police simply made something up. The police out and out lied. They lied because they can. They lied because they know it has been going on for so long that people routinely look at the people in these neighborhoods as sub-human and will believe any lie the police tell about them. Peaceful resistance to this? It won't work. It's far too late for that.

By the way, how much are the police pensions costing your city?

You want a solution? Merry Christmas Officers Liu and Ramos. Merry Christmas. LOL.

This is a federal civil rights crime. This is exactly why it is a god idea to have a federal constitution.

Of course it must be enforceable, and currently it is not.

The only reason it is not is because of the general lack of a plan for enforcement, and the unity required to do it.

"Peaceful Resistance" is a cognitive distortion of "generalization". No, it is not going to work.

However, a lawful and peaceful revolution will work, but nearly all Americans, a real majority will eventually have to be involved.

It doesn't take all of us to start, just a few that REALLY understand. By reading the above link, and then agreeing to the below questions, you become one of those few.

Do you agree and accept that the framers of the founding documents intended for us to alter or abolish government destructive to our unalienable rights?

Do you agree and accept that the ultimate purpose of free speech is to enable the unity adequate to effectively alter or abolish?

There are three small towns within 10 miles of my house, where everyone knows you do not speed. The police in these three towns use traffic citations as a revenue source, even though the law forbids it. Some day the state AG may do something about it. In the meantime, there are virtually no minorities in these towns, and few traveling through them. The cops are stopping almost exclusively white people.

Using this as evidence cops are harassing black people doesn't work, in my view. They do it everywhere, to people of all races.

Rather amusing that the numerous credible studies that clearly show of routine discrimination and bias from police against blacks and minorities around the country is supposed to be countered by your singularly example of how everything is just fine in your neck of woods that, coincidently we can be sure  , has neither minorities who somehow decide to not only don't live there, NONE even ever DRIVE by!

I am sure "everyone knows" that not only do not speed there, but apparently no minorities even drive by!

It's a lie perpetrated by a victim class. Cops use traffic citations to raise revenue everywhere they can get away with it, not just in black neighborhoods. By the way, liberal Democrats control virtually every major city's municipal governments and police departments. Many of them black Democrat controlled. Take up your phony cause with them.

No one is alleging that police departments NEVER extort fines from all races.

But is clearly shown that minorities are routinely to be picked and charged by authorities at a higher rate than whites.

Too bad for your case that YOUR "claim" has no credibility.
