Straw purchasers should do a 10-year minimum and more if the person they hand the gun off to uses it to commit a crime. To Uncle Joe, I would say we should hire enough ATF agents to go after people who lie on the forms. You start having people getting prison sentences for that, and I guarantee you, that will stop.
