That being said, after watching the video, it definitely does not appear that she was groped. It looks like she assaulted an elderly man and then got a well deserved blast of hot-sauce to the face. She should learn how to better control her emotions and keep her hands to herself.

 

You're being to lenient. There are laws. She should be charged with an assault on a senior citizen. She should be convicted and sent to Youth detention centre where she could learn some manners. As added benefit I'm certain that Black and Latino inmates would teach her all about benefits of diversity.

Nope, it is perfectly reasonable for a bystander to intercede when a senior citizen is being assaulted.

I don't care what political beliefs a person has, I'm not going to stand by and watch while someone rabbit punches an old person.

 

She did apparently break the law but she was also served with a bit of instant justice. I don't care if she's arrested or not. If she's only 15 and they did arrest her, nothing would come of it beyond maybe a few hours of picking up trash on the side of the road. Either way, she'll probably think twice before taking another cheap shot at anyone in the future.

That young lady took advantage of civil society when she threw that sucker punch. The only reason she did it is because she lost her temper and didn't expect any consequences. She was relying on the civility of others to allow her to be uncivil and it backfired...right into her privileged face. Again, she got off light. She's lucky.
