If she filed a complaint, then the prosecutor is just doing his job. I have been in the court when a case brought on a sworn out warrant in which the prosecutor just threw up his hands and his argument was, "Well the Court has heard the evidence. We defer to its judgment" and sat down.

 

Her mother apparently runs a government subsidized illegal aliens advocacy org. There is something very fishy about this incident - and Ms. Fields.

That's pretty much what will happen in this case.......if it even gets that far........of course, after the case is dismissed, CNN will fail to report this fact on a case they pretended was the crime of the century for about a week.........but then the Wisconsin primary will be but a faint memory......which was the plan all along. For the New York and California primaries I think the MSM will probably try have, Trump, or one of his campaign workersaccused of child molestation......

Yup, woman should never work again and should be shunned from the industry. False accusations have to be met with the strictest punishments allowable, just due to the negative publicity that can RUIN people's careers. Its unconscionable people pull this crap and its only because they can get away with it. It HAS to stop. Sadly, a lot of it comes from the female side...discrimination this, bigot that. Hey, if you want to play and be EQUAL, time to buck up and and grow some....no offense, but enough is enough. Its bad enough companies are being shamed because they hire "too many" men, but add on top, the constant threat of discrimination once they do get hired, is it at all shocking that the statistics are what they are?

We have a long history of politics playing a major role in our justice system a lot. This does not surprise me. Those in power do everything they can to remain in power.
