4. Install Classic Shell and forget about that abomination they refer to as the Start Menu (yes, Win10's Start Menu is better than none at all like Win8, but it's still bad).
Most of my Windows Apps that came with Windows 10 don't work. And the Edge browser has disappeared. I can live with these issues. But it really bugs me because I liked the Weather App, and I liked playing with the Edge browser. Tried all the fixes. Nothing worked so far. My last resort is a reinstall, but man I don't want to have to also reinstall all my third party apps. Okay, done whining.
I think there's a way you can get a recovery to fix your problems. Click on the Window in far lower left corner. Click on Settings and then Update and Security. There, you can click on Recovery sand then select Reset this PC. Backup your files and then give it a try.
Yeah, that'd be the route. I'm just afraid of losing a bunch of programs like I did when I originally upgraded from Windows 7 to 10.
