Denise and I have taught Sunday school for over thirty years. Every few years we have The Big Pile.

We construct a huge pile of stuff in the gym like: chairs and lamps and buckets and strollers and frying pans and toys, etc. Now, these piles have themes. These piles start with story boards. These piles are works of art. They say something.

Then, we have the kids sit in a big circle around the Big Pile before we turn the lights on.

We task the kids with figuring out the Big Pile's theme and messages. Soon enough they figure out that they need to ask the other kids on the other side of the Big Pile what they see. Without fail, generation after generation, they all resort to communication and cooperation.

Then, we explain that their parents are in the sanctuary doing the same thing, but rather than having a Big Pile at the center, they have the bible. We explain that that's why we come too church. We come to hear what others see and to share with them what little we can see from our one tiny position.

I wanted to share the Big Pile with my PF friends, because that's why we come here also.

Are you a troll? Because I troll, but I'm not a troll. Do you troll but are not a troll? Or are you a long play troll for the Iron Throne? :blankstare:

I saw all that in the OP and had to keep quiet. But I had many thoughts going on.
