Just curious how Texas, Ohio, South Carolina and Florida taxpayers feel about paying these guys for doing nothing back home. other then chasing there own personal ambitions. do you think this is fine? Wonder how many of you could take off time from your jobs and still draw a full salary like nothings up. especially first term senators and a sitting governor. if these people are not needed or missed, why have their positions in the first place?. I think this is something that's been completely over looked in all of this.
Lindsey Graham is especially odious. I hope he ends up in a homeless shelter, selling himself in the back alley to drunk trannies Lindsey Graham would probably like that last part. .
Let's just say, for arguments sake, that you support one of these guys. Wouldn't you like to have them in the Presidency, to put forth the policies that you voted for him to implement in the Senate or Governorship? If you dislike the fact they lost, vote them out next election.
Yeh...chechk that biaznich's ID before she gets into the fallopian part of the women's bathroom and sukcxs all the lezbiznz dikcx in there that she can before we ID those thems, cuz Lindsey Buckinggraham is a super predator that can go their own why...but whitish. I can't remember if I dropped you on your head when I swaddled you or if we fell down those stairs together? Only the silver calotype paper can tell.
that's taxpayer fraud, they were voted in and paid a hefty salary by the taxpayer to do their job elected for, not run for president, especially a first term senator or current Governor of a state. do you really think it's fine to take off for months while receiving a full salary?. it would have been a year if one would have been successful. not to mention having to quit the current elected position costing the taxpayer again to pay for a special election. we are talking about a lot of taxpayer money being wasted for nothing but their personal ambitions. yet this is never mentioned at all, and is considered normal to the media.
If it that much of a problem to you, then impeach the candidate. That is an option. If enough people feel the same way you do, it should not be that hard to remove them. Unfortunate about 50% of the time spent on office is spent running for the next election. That's just the way it is.
I think it’s unfair to target this at specific individuals given that it’s a fundamental systematic issue due to the length and intensity of your electoral process, especially for presidential elections. I’m also not convinced candidates are doing literally nothing in relation to their current roles. The implication is that all prospective candidates would have to quit all current positions (and jobs, certainly government jobs?) at the start of the campaign but the problem with that is that it only serves to further limit candidacy to those who are independently wealthy enough to survive with zero income for many months. There is obviously an impact on the role when an individual stands for runs for election (either for another role or re-election to their current one) but I don’t see any easy answer to that conflict.
it's called taxpayer fraud, they we're elected to do a job, not chase a personal ambition on the taxpayer dime doing nothing. "impeach" no logically speaking they should be prosecuted for tax fraud, or at minimum forced to resign. and replaced with someone who wants to do the job.
What about a President running for a second term? Doesn't he have to take some time off to campaign? And use Air Force One to travel? Along with all the secret service? **I mean time away from the White House. He obviously is always president but still campaigns
