Many Sanders supporters will vote for Trump. Many more will vote for other candidates or stay home. Clinton is now repulsive to a large part of the DP core base. But I certainly admire your spirt and positive attitude!

 

I see no evidence for this. Clinton and Sanders agree on many things....far more so than they agree with trump. The democratic debates are mostly two people agreeing with each other. you simply have confirmation bias. You WANT to believe. They are all going to Clinton and turnout for democrats in national elections is fierce. The numbers just do not look good for trump.

And yet he is ahead in Ohio by 4 points and 1 point behind in Pennsylvania and Florida. If Pennsylvania is in play, Hillary is so screwed. And 1/3-of Sanders supporters plan to stay home on the election day, will probably get stoned.

 

LOL! The numbers have looked bad for both Trump and Sanders until the votes are counted. Amazing how that works!

Note also that Sanders does far better against Trump than Clinton. The DP had better think long and hard about what that means before they bet the ranch on Clinton.

 

problem is sanders is he wont raise anything for the downballot. The fundraising numbers clinton puts up is just too much for small donors to make up for. 2billion :/

 

Those new numbers are incredibly favorable for Trump - and very unexpected. Will the DP really drink the hemlock for the Clintons?

 

None of the "Commie babes" I know intend to vote against her. Only 1 will actually vote for Trump, but that gives him 20% of the Commie-babe vote - how can he lose? So, there is even some real Red in the red, white and blue Trump coalition.

 

That is indeed a real problem for Sanders. It will be interesting to see what the DPe donor reaction will be to Sanders wins tonight. Assuming they bother to count the Sanders votes.

I don't see Trump as a racist or a fascist, but as an amoral opportunist who eagerly panders to racist and fascist tendencies if that can win him votes. Of course, most, but not all, of his targeted audience do not like to consider themselves to be either racists or fascists, and become angry if the neo-nazis and white supremacists that publicly support and endorse him are mentioned. The show business self-promoter may appeal to them for the same reasons, but they don't like to admit it.

He has no experience in politics, whatsoever, and his most ardent fans, who had maligned the incumbent's twelve years in elective office as having been woefully inadequate, now suddenly extol inexperience as a unique qualification.

He's a while male with lots of money and trophy wives. That makes some white males vicariously identify with him, the ones that think a non-white or a non-male is an interloper, violating a presumption that has pertained for over two centuries.

He is a conjurer of pipe dreams, seducing the insecure with gossamer visions, not concerning himself - or them - with the exigencies of reality.

He secured the GOP nomination, not by a demonstration of superior statesmanship, but by a facility for demeaning opponents.

Spewing contumely in the general election is his only weapon, while he desperately contrives to hide his lack of substance from scrutiny.

Lol a month ago Hillary was up by 7 in Ohio, the last Ohio poll taken 2 weeks ago had Hillary up by 3, now Trump is ahead by 4.... There are terms to describe this phenomenon - they are 'surging' and 'collapsing'. I'll leave it up to you to resolve which term applies to which candidate.

 

If you won't put up credible sources for your numbers, no one should take you seriously. You forgot to mention the Black vote. Romney got 6% of the Black vote in 2012. Trump is currently polling 13%.
