    A) Nearly a half a billion guns in America won't be registered anytime soon, or in the distant future for that matter. (Hey you... gangbanger, is that illegal gun you are carrying registered)?
    B) Wont happen, registration required... See A)
    C) No way to enforce this on the nearly half a billion guns in existence, and our Supreme Court has ruled citizens can own guns for legal self defense purposes.
Your idea makes them useless for self defense.

Actually, right now, Donald trump is the only choice for supporters of the Second Amendment.

Unless siding with the Enemy is somehow acceptable, as you might if you pick on a guy for a nebulous error that was intrinsically correct, yet side with a Bannerrhoid.....

They can go one election without endorsing anybody. Or they could endorse someone from a third party with a track record of support for gun rights.

According to SCOTUS you can't make criminals register a firearm, because to do so would violate their 5th amendment right against self incrimination. They have LITERALLY pronounced that only the law abiding may be required to register.

If he caves for no fly no buy, there is no longer a choice between them because they will stand in the same shoes on the issue.

Yeah, no endorsement is an endorsement for the Bannerrhoids, and an endorsement for a third party with no chance of winning is often an endorsement for gun grabbers of some sort.....

Trump on his worst day will NEVER be as awful or horrible as Hillary Clinton.

I'm not voting for someone who promises to remove due process of law, I don't care that if they win the beer is free. If that is what he comes out with tonight (he's got a speech tonight if he's going to say something now is the time) or whenever, he's lost my vote. More than that, that means either candidate is an outright tyrant and I'll not vote for them. The only reason I WOULD vote for him is to save the 2nd amendment and the rest of the constitution. That is THE only reason. If he proves himself unwilling to do that, I'll vote johnson since it would be damned if I do (trump) and damned if I don't (hillary) . In that situation you do whatever you want.

No, it's a message to the party they normally endorse that they'd better shape up.

Wake the (*)(*)(*)(*) up. By supporting this plan to link gun purchases to the "no fly list", Trump is a bannerhoid.

Simply because something is being discussed, does not in any way mean it is being supported, or is going to be supported.

You are discussing the politics of firearm restrictions based on suspicion of wrongdoing, but you are not supporting them, correct?
