I don't need to listen to it. The case is already over and settled. What had to be said has been said. And not surprisingly, what has been said is exactly what I've been telling you guys for the past 3 months. Maybe you should start listening.

On the contrary. She wouldn't even give a direct answer when asked if it was illegal to share classified information with a person unqualified to hear it, or if it was against the law to go 20 MPH over the posted speed limit. What she did was foolish and defending what she did is foolish. She extremely hurt her character along with Clinton's. I know that's not what you want, so you can't honestly sit there and say that what had to be said has been said unless you have no idea the damage she's caused to herself and Clinton.

She doesn't need to. The case is over. And you guys are almost always wrong about how people will interpret stuff. She and Hillary will be fine. Most people are moving on from this and realize that everything else from here on out is just more Republican shenanigans. Comey said everything you need to know about the case and Lynch knew that.

And yet the GOP keeps confirming these clowns to cabinet positions and keeps appropriating money to fund their departments, travel and convention and junket schedules.

It's theater, though the Dems are clearly getting tired of the pretense of representative government in this country.

Rule of law is dead as anyone can see from this POS. She can't even answer whether classified can be given to unauthorized persons.

100% Hitlary defense. Shame on this administration for shredding the republic.

Lynch = corrupt to the bone. If Hillary wins she will stay on as AG as a reward for being corrupt.

How is she corrupt? She said she would take the advice of the FBI and career prosecutors and she did. What else needs to be said?

If the Congress critters had any guts they would impeach her. They are more corrupt than she is but the Clintons are the worse. It's time to kick all of them to the curb.

What a pathetic charade put on by Loretta Lynch. She wouldn't even comment on the weather if asked. Lady Liberty has been raped by Obama with Lynch and Comey holding her down while Hillary cackles in the back ground.

When people in the middle see this disgusting farce they are not going to be inclined to vote for the candidate who has crapped all over the law and they will rightly question how such a person would behave in the Oval Office.

The leftists have cheated and won the slimey battle but are losing the war.

If she felt she could not carry out her job because of conflicts, a point to which I agree, then she should have recused herself. She did not and therefore the buck stops with her and how dare her go before congress and address what just occurred and the reasonings behind it and even the LAW behind it to answer the questions of the majority of the citizens who do not agree with the decision.

Hold on, are you claiming the FBI found no wrongdoing on the part of Clinton and her staff? That both the FBI and the IG found everything the did was proper and within regulations on which they were fully briefed. That everything she stated the American people was true and accurate and that they in fact DID turn over all materials and emails as was required under subpoenas that have been issued?

In those elections you had a combination of willful blindness and charismatic candidate. Now you just have the blindness and a lot of independents seem to be waking up.

Lynch refused to answer the questions of Congressmen 74 times during her appearance. Better to be thought a stooge and crook, I guess, than to open your mouth and confirm it. A very, very shameful episode in American history.

Never said that. She did some stuff wrong, obviously. I don't think she lied about it though. And I don't think what she did warranted any criminal charges. The FBI agreed with me.

    - - - Updated - - -

Her opinion is that of the FBI's. There's really nothing more to it. Just another Republican waste of time hearing. One of many and definitely won't be the last. It's pretty much all the Republicans do these days. Which is why this Congress is the worst rated Congress in history. Sorry bud, but all your made up scandals simply fall short. I hope the next one works out for you, lol.

Oh yes she does need. She needs to explain how her department came to it's conclusion that no laws were broken when it is indisputable laws were broken. She was asked simple questions ABOUT THE LAW and she refused to answer at the least let alone explain how that applied to what we know occurred here. We the people, the majority of whom do not agree with this decisions, have a right to know especially when it involves our national security and someone who acted with as the FBI stated quite clearly acted with EXTREME CARELESSNESS with that national security.

You even you should be appalled at this refusal to comply with her official requirements to submit to Congressional oversight of her office. But isn't what this whole thing been about all along? High government officials going out of their way with purposeful acts to ovid oversight and transparency and to skirt the laws that govern such, and doing so endangering our national security. But instead you celebrate they got away with it and now want to promote them to the White House.

Really? Tell me what you will stipulate to that she did wrong.
Both the IG report and the FBI statement show otherwise.

Here is exactly what he stated.

"Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case. "

Which of course is nonsense since LOTS of former prosecutors and emphatically stated otherwise, Comey couldn't possibly know what every reasonable prosecutor thought about the case.

And even before Congress Comey could not explain why not. After laying out the clear case to indict her, which he did in the first 14 minutes of his statement, he took 2 minutes to say "never mind" just forget all that.

The American people have a right to better than that, and then on top of that Lynch refusing to even discuss it with the Committee charged with HER oversight is outrageous.

Tell me is it a crime to hand classified information to someone who does not have the clearance?

You're right about everything, of course.
But don't expect the anti rule-of-law trolls to admit that, or even to address it. They think, for instance, that it's legal for Hillary to delete subpoenaed emails.
Justice Department lawyers, colluding with Clinton, presented that argument to a judge and they think that makes it law now.
Not the brightest ornaments on the Christmas tree.

You mean she needs to explain why the investigating agency found no basis for criminal proceedings?

    Um...no she doesn't
