Very simple. On the personal, national, or international stage, do you think money is used as a weapon in the world?

If so, what does that say about our world? What does that say about the people who have money and the people who don't?

well , a weapon is mostly used to kill people or to defend against those who would kill you while money is mostly used to buy food clothing and shelter so it hard to see how money could be a weapon. I did hear of a case where someone threw a silver dollar off the Empire State building and killed someone. Is that what you mean?

    Well, that could apply...

But more so, I meant if money could be used as a force. Say, to weaken or destroy someone. Money goes into making and buying guns. Money can buy thoughts...buy votes....but presidents. Money can buy policy, buy wars, etc.

For nations, the easiest concept would be either loans or economy. Does the nation use it's economic or financial power to force other people to their will? Or to force favorable circumstances? Or to destroy?

    Economic warfare anyone?

The history of Argentina is a primer on economic warfare.

What does this say about the nations, groups, entities, or organizations who have the most money? Are they benign actors in the world or active predators?

Money is the most potent weapon there is. With enough money you can influence how educational programs work thereby being able to influence, and lobotomize children from the time they start pre-school. Give a person one generation of children and you can rule the world. (I think Lenin said that). This is just one way in which money is used as a weapon. Another is being able to monopolization food and water resources. You could bring the world to heal, if you could do this; and it is being done.

all nations groups etc etc have some money and so all are in part benign and all in part predators. Is this too subtle for you?
