WE are all ears. How do Conservatives create racial harmony?

Give us the steps you see to that goal.

Don't give us that things will be perfect when Liberals stop stirring up resentment.

I want the steps you see as forwarding us into a better raceless place.

 

One would think the first step toward ending racial harmony would be obvious to almost any reasonable observer, You get people to quit obsessing over race. You cannot control your race all you can control is your behavior. A jackass is a jackass regardless of color.

 

I don't speak for conservatives, but as an individual, it's not the government's job to create racial harmony. It's the government's job to treat people equally; blindly.

Race is an identity trait used to distinguish one person from another. Biases associated with these traits cannot be engineered by the government, no more than it can stop people from thinking that blonds are stupid, that short people are funny, or that female gym coaches are all lesbians. Government doesn't control thought.

The problem with racism is not a lack of control of people. On the contrary, the problem arises when it is institutionalized as a form of control by the government. Slavery, for example, requires an institution like government to support it. Uncle Sam doesn't need to know what race I am. He doesn't need to treat me differently because of that race.

 

The best way to achieve it is by ending the separation via protected classes. We're all Americans. That's how you should identify yourself. You shouldn't say I'm a Black man or I'm a Republican. You should say I'm an American. Color, creed, gender, sexual preference, etc are meaningless when we see each other as one group rather than as separate elements.

There are a number of cultures present due to media and ignorance that are hostile to any form of harmony. These people have no goals but, to seek present satisfaction for themselves only. The BLM is one such movement that pushes forward with a clear message of division against everyone that isn't of the skin color black. Feminists are another group that pushes for Female "rights" without the consequences making themselves both a protected class and systemically superior to males.

That's an odd question considering Conservatives are not in charge. The real question should be, why are liberals NOT creating racial harmony?

What ever lurks in the deep recesses of a person's mind you have no control over. Just drop it. Move on.

But en masse, people don't have time to care if the one working in the next cubicle is black, white, yellow, red or purple. They want a sense of teamwork, they want a paycheck and a good life they can be proud of.

Create an economy built on blue and white collar jobs where everyone contributes something of worth, where people can afford to raise a family and live to decent standards, and then you will have equality. Because that is the thing that unites us. It's what you and I and everyone reading this forum wants.

Washington Elites, both Republican and Democrat, are incapable of delivering this because they are preoccupied with dreams and schemes of personal power -- at our expense.

Uhm...stop pushing the narrative that all whites are racist and that only whites have the capacity to be racist so that they would not excuse their own racial bigotry.

It is quite simple, quit obsessing on race.

 

You can read Madison's argument in Federalist 10, and you can read the argument of the anti-federalists in Cato #3. Neither side thought it was with the purview of government to eliminate faction. Madison would have argued with you that minority faction is important to restrain majority tyranny, and Clinton would have argued with you that no government can create a perfect union of diverse opinion.

Also, you can seek guidance from Thomas in the Citizen's United case:

Race is a condition of faction. A raceless society is impossible as long as race is a quality of identity.

 

What is it gonna take to educate righties on the difference between RACIST, and RACISM? ANYONE can be a racist. Only those in the majority culture can install racism. And expect it to stay functioning.

 

Of course not. They separate themselves from others. I could have continued by post about the KKK, Neo-Nazis, ELF, Black Panthers, etc.

Their interpretations are incorrect. Their hostile behavior and lack of intelligence is from their culture. Which is why when you travel to the inner cities where it's prevalent Black on Black violence skyrockets. Now you take another black person and place them outside of those influences they'll be respectful to themselves & others. They won't commit violence but, rather push themselves for more in life rather than waiting for reparations or blaming their misery upon some outside influence.

So BLACK CULTURE is the enemy, and we must wipe it out first, so that the NEGROES will be taught better morals?

 

You can start with yourself. Hate speech doesn't help anyone. Your "neener neener" icons are hostile as well. So while you want to see hate go away, begin with yourself.

You could think about which candidate will really pull people up out of the slums of Detroit, Baltimore, Ferguson and other hell-holes.
Will it be by free handouts that keep women married to the government instead of to the fathers of their children? Where people are enslaved by regulations and frustrated by no raises?
Or will it be through jobs that use real skills, provide further training to increase those skills, and where there is no ceiling on advancement?

Perhaps a better level of (real) education will lead to clearer understanding and less frustration.

 

Not being social busybodies who feel a need to dictate how people relate to one another through legislation and unending racist commentary, I would say.

Who says it's anyone's job to "create racial harmony"? Liberals, the race-obsessed Americans made up of idiotic social justice warriors and minorities who have been conditioned (by themselves and others) to blame all of their personal problems on society, especially society's white members.

 

Black culture also includes the same one that created the Civil Rights movement and the Jazz/New Orleans creativity. Now we have a new culture of dealing dope, shooting your rivals/cops, and treating everyone as (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)es/hoes. That culture is the enemy. It shows a lack of respect and restraint.
