Botswanna, Ehtiopia, Ghana, Mauritius and a couple others prove that wrong.

Heck Ethiopia has less crime than germany and despite it s having a lower GDP/pp, a citizen makes enough to spend. Like Swizz

LOL..nice try...apparently u didn't notice, or more likely don't care recognizing, is the "black victim" had a criminal record! Not sure what you're trying so desperately to avoid here, but I've got a pretty good idea.

    This riot had absolutely nothing to do with social justice and everything to do with the young criminal element in the black community, Updates;

Chief Flynn: Officer who fatally shot Sylville Smith is African-American; there are concerns for his safety - Barrett and Flynn said there were 17 arrests made overnight -- eight adult males, three adult females, two juvenile males for disorderly conduct, and three adult males, and one juvenile for burglary. All of those arrested have prior criminal records.
    `
“I’m broken-hearted:” Business owner speaks out after watching his building go up in flames - All the businesses that where looted and vandalized were black owned.
    `
Father of Sylville Smith, shot & killed by police: “When they see the wrong role model, this is what you get” -.... "They already know what our black youth was doing anyway. These young kids gotta realize this is all a game with them. Like they’re playing Monopoly. You young kids falling into their world, what they want you to do. Everything you do is programmed. I had to blame myself for a lot of things too because your hero is your dad and I played a very big part in my family’s role model for them. Being on the street, doing things of the street life: Entertaining, drug dealing and pimping and they’re looking at their dad like 'he’s doing all these things.' I got out of jail two months ago, but I’ve been going back and forth in jail and they see those things so I’d like to apologize to my kids because this is the role model they look up to. When they see the wrong role model, this is what you get."

I do blame progressive policies in government for this. They mitigate the negative consequences of being a single mother.

Better idea, end the drug war and stop incentivization and protecting the cancer that is single motherhood.

It is amazingly easy to attain products that allow sex and prevent pregnancy. You are among the biggest part of the problem. You wish to forgive bad decisions.

Which proves this was a leftist setup. Likely the media locally and leftist pushed it as a white guy.

I am well aware he had a criminal record. I just factored that and said that was one factor among many.

"Every other developed country in the world has postal banking, and we actually did too. It is important to remember this forgotten history as we begin to talk seriously about reviving postal banking because the system worked and it worked well. Postal banking, which existed in the United States from 1911 to 1966, was in fact so central to our banking system that it was almost the alternative to federal deposit insurance, and served as such from 1911 until 1933. The system prevented many bank runs during a turbulent time in the nation’s banking history—essentially performing central banking functions before the Federal Reserve was up to the task. Postal banking helped fund two world wars and reduced a massive government deficit after the Great Depression."

Yes, because the decentralized system we have now is so much better. Why fund schools with local capital when there doesn't exist a lot?

Eh, I wouldn't say that. Rather it's because the people are being ignored so this is the inevitable result.

Oh really? What do mean by that?

The person charged in the crime was a Soccer coach at a private college.

    They're not being ignored.

The entire Democrat agenda to get black votes is to treat these people like perpetual victims excusing the culture of criminality and violence they created for themselves and convincing them that rioting, looting, and arson is a justifiable response when one of their ilk gets lawfully put down during the commission of a crime.

    That's your inevitable result.

I wonder if you have the same righteous indignation when white people burn down city blocks over ridiculous nonsense like their teams winning national championships.

The "decentralized" education system we have now is essentially constitutionally mandated, since education is not one of the functions authorized to the federal government it is necessarily a function of state and local governments per the 10th Amendment.

Okay, cool. I don't care about the Democrats, as far as I'm concerned this is on them to fix. All I wanted to prove was that this was a powder keg waiting to go off. You just proved it for me. Thank you.

The detail are not yet clear ..but, here is the nutshell:

    Police pull over a car.
The occupants of the car run.
    Police pursue the closest one.
The individual is holding a gun.
Police tell him to drop the gun.
He does not drop the gun.
    Police fire their guns.
The individual is hit by the police bullets.
    The individual dies.

Please explain to me where the police acted inappropriately?

All the forum ultra right wingers who hate BIG GOVERNMENT should be enraged over this form of government abuses.

If you had any principle at all you would demand that police government be disarmed while the people get fully armed to the hilt. This will stop the government criminals from abusing people.

So which if you right wingers are going to arm yourselves and take corrective action?

After all you wanted a lynch mob for Hillary on another thread. Surely you want one now to get that cop. BTW, the cop was black so that should serve as incentive for you.

    GET MOVING!

Sure. And what is the solution? To take them out instead of fixing the problem? That's all we end up doing which in turn doesn't help because you remove talent that could have gone other places.

Democrat !=Liberal. That's the point, stop confusing the ideology with the party. As far as I'm concerned, this is on the Dems to fix, I just care about the overall picture of this being a problem everywhere.

    1. We've weakened the power of unions over the last 30 years, so bad argument there.
    2. It's not a question of outperformance. Even if 95% of the population got the best education at the expense of 5% that 5% would not have the best life for themselves.

Oh yea these sports holligans are pure garbage.

our team lost lets burn down the stadium!

our team won lets burn down the entire city yea!

    Bunch of assclowns.

But the difference is nobody, certainly not an entire political party, is encouraging them to do that nor are they excusing it afterwards.
