Being realistic, the Laotians aren't half as educated as Americans, and probably know very little about their neighbors affairs, let alone international affairs. We sit here and discuss international affairs every day. Do you really think there's any significant portion of the Laotian population at their computers discussing world affairs with people from all over the world? Rather, do you think they're anywhere nearly as informed or have near the access to information as us? Hell no, they don't. That depends on how often we listen to what other country leaders are giving speeches about when the US is not present. With Vietnam and Cambodia being neighbors to Laos, that would be considered international. Anyway i don't know what Laotians discuss on a day-to-day basis.
