I can explain each issue:

Multiple falls since 2005 – one leading to a broken elbow and another to a concussion
This was caused by the uneven surfaces of walkways constructed by non union workers.

Emails from Huma indicating sick Hillary is “often confused”
Huma had just been told that her husband, Anthony Wiener, had just sent naked pictures to Hillary. She blamed Hillary by saying she was confused.

Lengthy naps
Right Wingers keep putting sleeping pills in her vodka.

Lesion/biopsy of a tongue
She was tested to prove that every word that rolls off her tongue is not pure evil as Right Wingers claim.

Repeated coughing fits
She does this to hide her real thoughts about baskets and deplorables. Coughing gives her time to think up something clever to say.
Sometimes it takes up to four minutes to think of something.

Inability to stand without a stool
She leans so far left she has trouble standing. Her name should really be Ilene.

Several mini-seizures
These are really cold shivers that come from remembering the naked pictures Wiener sent her.

Peculiar travel habits, including taking a private jet on 20 mile trips
Presentation is important. Always arrive in a plane for that extra touch of class.

Refusing to do a press conference for over 280 days, a world record
She doesn't want to get overexposed, thereby diluting her presence.
