First they said he would not run, then they said he would drop out, then they said he could not win.

True Americans took notice and in rally after rally Trump demonstrated that the Real Americans were behind him....and proved the pundits wrong.

I want to thank all those who helped expose the Clinton Crime Family...and hopefully she will finally face justice. I leap with joy with all the victims of the Clinton Crime Family...those who lost everything...those who lost their lives at the hands of this psychopathic duo....hillary and billary...now that Trump is the victor I suspect the media might do some real investigating into the history of the Clintons...most especially in Arkansas...a very sordid clinton history there.

The Donald has promised he will appoint a special prosecutor to truly investigate what hillary did...and we all know people have gone to jail for doing much less than she did.

But again.....we should all thank those on the various political boards who have fought long and hard to tell the truth...to keep the people informed. I am convinced these political boards had a positive influence on tonights awesome victory....the American People rose up when their backs were against the wall and demonstrated that still yet the American People are a good and decent people.

I have to admit I was wrong about who would win this election. I hope I am also wrong about the effect Trump will have on this country. If I'm right though, the Trump supporters will, overall, fare a lot worse than myself, and maybe it'll be another hint to the world on the idiocy of democracy.

For me it was all about the Supreme Court.

    For me as well.

But the amount of collusion between the establishment on both sides was really beyond anything I could have predicted.

And the fact that so many liberals on here were taunting us for months. Soooo satisfying :D

What do you want the Supreme Court to do? If it's about corruption, a conservative supreme court will not improve that.

It's really unfortunate that politics has anything to do with the courts, but how else would judges be appointed? It's just disheartening that all that liberal/conservative partisanship finds its way into the judicial system, such that a voting for president becomes about nominating justices.

That's just sad and disappointing. I don't want judges nominated along partisan lines. I want them nominated to interpret the law according to ability and independent of any political pressure.

Oh a panel of bipartisan experts could design an entrance examination of sorts that tests their critical thinking skills, IQ, knowledge of the law, and ability to interpret evidence - some of those things overlap. The main challenge of that would be ensuring the integrity of the test. I mean, it's a tool they use to decide if medical students know enough to become doctors, so it only makes sense you would do something similar for people with what is arguably an even more analytical job.

Because that is what's so important now. Unbelievable. I hope we aren't looking at four years of unabashed vindictiveness.

I just hope that he will not be as bad as I think he will be. I am pulling for the guy and hoping that in the end I may be pleasantly surprised... I am not holding my breath though...

Trump is going to be one of the best Presidents we've ever had. You can see the sincerity in his eyes when he addresses the Nation. He cares about America, and he cares about us, the American people.

It IS important to uphold the principle that no one is above the law though I wouldn't be surprised if Trump pardons Clinton for her criminal acts.
She is over as a political figure. Over!

Did you hear his celebration speech? He was very gracious in his words for her. I don't want vindictiveness but I expect the Clintons and all aspects of their apparatus to face the same rule of law we do. Isn't that fair?

I know there's a lot of frightened people this morning though. Their shield has been removed and they have to look in the mirror and realize the gig is up

    You are very welcome.

But there is still much work to do in Washington DC. We will have to wait over 2 more months before Obama leaves office, before the swamp can truly be drained. Just because the GOP will rule the White House and Congress does not mean it will be a cakewalk getting rid of bad laws and executive actions, and bringing in better changes.

There is an absolutely biased and hostile MSM. There is not a filibuster-proof 60 member majority in the Senate. But for once in a long, long time, America finally has a chance to remain a great nation, and not become a Third World craphole like Brazil, South Africa or Syria.

There is no way Trump will pardon Clinton. The Clinton Crime Family is Trump enemy #1. Hillary will probably have a stroke before Trump moves in the WH.

I would love to see her in court answering for her crimes but I'm just guessing Trump will lose the will for prosecuting an old pal (not that leftists will appreciate
    such an act of kindness).

I would let Rudy Giuliani go after her and her husband like a pit bull, if it were me.

I HATE Hillary Clinton, almost enough to vote for Trump. I am lucky enough to live in California where it doesnt matter, so I got to take the pansy way out and vote third party knowing I wasnt really affecting anyone.

However with that said, I hope Trump does come out and pardon her. There would be nothing more that could help the country come together in one more than for him to do so and perhaps even offer her a position as an adviser in his cabinet.

I am ... happier, I guess, that Trump won. But now I pray to god that he pardons Clinton for anything involving the server. Who cares anymore what she did, I dont care about vindication or vigilantism, let's move past this nonsense and get this country together.

Trump won, big time, now I hope he acts as if

I would NEVER allow that woman back into the WH. That's the whole point of this election. Ms. Serfdom isn't getting back in. If she gets the pardon, that's pretty much it.

We can only hope his supporters will be so gracious. The one who started this thread is more interested in "locking her up" than getting on with the important stuff, like... I don't know, I guess building a wall? I'll be amazed if the Republicans escape the next two years without looking like the Keystone Cops.

Our graciousness or lackthereof doesn't matter. It's the integrity of our government, of our political officials that we hold to account. One cannot lay out a case and then say "never mind." In reality, this plot is going to thicken greatly.

Well you can buy your way out of it. That's how our new leader-elect has dealt with his own past transgressions.
