But Tim Kaine is the clown.

    Well he looks like one.

That was Hillary's biggest mistake and why she lost last night.

It was a stupid decision to pick someone as their VP running mate who looks like a clown with clowns running all over the country scaring soon to be snow flake children.

    Breaking News:

The Mexican flags are now being waved at all of the anti Trump riots in L.A.

These could be Hillary's paid taco bowls.

An unruly mob smashing windows, setting (*)(*)(*)(*) on fire, etc, does not a peaceful protest make.

Trump win sparks student walkouts and angry protests across California

At Berkeley High School, about 1,500 students, or half of the entire student body, walked out of class before 9 a.m. in protest of Trump’s victory, Berkeley Unified School District officials said.

Protests of Donald Trump’s victory in the presidential election took place across California on Wednesday, with students at several Bay Area high schools walking out in the middle of class and a throng of young demonstrators taking to the steps of Los Angeles’ City Hall.

The demonstrations — which mirrored protests from Seattle to Pittsburgh — followed protests in the pre-dawn hours in which crowds openly disavowed the president-elect, with a few protesters resorting to vandalism.

At Berkeley High School, about 1,500 students — half the entire student body — walked out of class after first period began at 8 a.m., Berkeley Unified School District officials said.

Students tweeted “#NotMyPresident” and pledged to unify. Others chanted, “Si, se puede,” Spanish for “Yes, we can,” and waved Mexican flags, according to posts on social media.

“It’s not the first time we’ve had a walkout. We know what to expect, we know what we need to do,” said Berkeley Unified spokesman Charles Burress.

School and district administrators and faculty accompanied the students as they marched from the school through downtown and onto the UC Berkeley campus.

Shortly after Donald Trump delivered his victory speech, about 2,000 people rallied against the election at UCLA on Nov. 9.

“Our primary concern is to make sure they are safe during the school day,” Burress said.

District officials were not making any plans to discipline students, he said.

In Contra Costa County, El Cerrito police cautioned drivers to look out for high school students in the road.

“Students from high schools in west Contra Costa County are conducting walkouts today in various locations over election results,” the department said in a statement. “We urge drivers to use caution if you happen upon any of these groups.”

Earlier in the day, after Trump delivered his victory speech in New York, an estimated 2,000 people rallied at UCLA, where two separate demonstrations merged into one, said UCLA police Sgt. Miguel Banuelos.

The group marched from the campus through Westwood Village to a federal building on Wilshire Boulevard, Banuelos said. There were no arrests. About 1 a.m., a Trump piñata was set on fire in a trash can outside a Westwood Boulevard store.

N.J. Omorogieva, 19, said she was heartbroken by the election’s result when she spotted the crowd in Westwood while walking home.

“Of course, I joined in,” she said. “To give hugs to people who were overcome by devastation.”

In downtown L.A., a crowd gathered near City Hall and property was defaced, including a fence scrawled with graffiti insulting Trump. About 2 p.m. Wednesday, a crowd of at least 100 young demonstrators flocked to the steps of City Hall.

About 200 people demonstrated near Cal State L.A., and 50 more were at Pershing Square, said LAPD Officer Norma Eisenman. There were no arrests.

The mood was more buoyant at the president-elect’s star on the Walk of Fame in Hollywood, where a small crowd of about 30 Trump supporters gathered early Wednesday to celebrate his upset victory.

Diane Mendez, 23, a Trump supporter who volunteered at a polling place, said she came to celebrate what she saw as a turning point.

“He said he would bring jobs back to America. We all need jobs,” Mendez said. “Who doesn’t need jobs?”

In Oakland, demonstrators smashed a window at the Oakland Tribune newsroom and ignited trash containers and tires, police said. Small fires also prompted the closure of a Bay Area Rapid Transit station.

The crowd broke windows on five businesses and further vandalized another, said Oakland police spokeswoman Johnna Watson. One citation was issued, but no one was arrested, she said.

Protesters also burned Trump in effigy, KNTV reported.

Protests in the Bay Area city were centered downtown and there was a march along Highway 24, where a woman was struck by an SUV. She was taken to a hospital with “major injuries,” California Highway Patrol Sgt. Matt Langford told the San Francisco Chronicle.

At UC Santa Barbara, hundreds marched near the campus, with some chanting, “Not my president.”

One person carried a Mexican flag, according to video posted by the student newspaper, the Daily Nexus.

About 500 students marched through the La Jolla campus of UC San Diego, protesting Trump’s win and chanting his name with an expletive.

This is the state of politics in America right now. Texas wants to leave the union when Obama is in office, and California wants to leave the union when Trump is elected. Things have become so divided and partisan that we're going to destroy our union? That doesn't even make sense. It's hypocritical. United we stand. Divided we fall. And to those of you who think this it is funny to insult those who want to leave... you need to understand exactly what you're joking about. You're making fun of others for proposing revolution.

No Election campaign in the USA was ever such dirty and divided the country so deep as what is over now! No presidential election brought out a choice between 2 in major disliked candidates which let only the option to chose between plague and cholera = to vote the lesser evil in own opinion.

it is also ridiculous when these Trump voters now defend their voting for him not only with lesser worse as Clinton, but also with the comment of "The republican dominated Senate and House of Representatives will stop him if necessary. So you folks set hope to minimize any real danger and worse things on right this corrupt political swamp in which the evil political establishment of Democrats and Republicans is milling around you hate to stop your choice if necessary? :deadhorse:

Clearly they are protesting about their own misunderstanding of the voting system, whilst simultaneously claiming that "uneducated whites" won it for Donald.

Actually I believe that was her reaction from Bernie Sanders not being picked in the primary :p

    How amusing it all is.

I just had to log into this silly site for the first time in months just to see all the angry leftists and the numerous "I'm leaving America" and "I'm killing myself" kind of threads around the internet which I thought would be everywhere here. Probably they are the ones out there now protesting that their silly ideology has been met a severe blow, or are preparing to pack their bags and try their chances with that clown Trudeau in Canada.

As a non-American I'm glad to see that the so-called "leader of the free world" finally has someone who on most policies (e.g. tariffs over ridiculous free trade sectarianism of the "corporate right", military non-interventionism) I can agree with. Now other countries can follow suit and end these silly problems like Europe's "refugee crisis", once they get more of these oversensitive, idealistic types out of power.

My only regret is not thinking to bet money on the result which I was confident in, I should have made that bet back when he got the nomination. Some people I know have made an immense amount of money from those smug leftists who really thought they'd walk away with our money. It amuses me so much to see these many fools who just two days were posting with such confidence they'd give America a repetition of Obama, and who must be feeling so, so down right now... I'll even bet he will be a two-termer. Adios!

I for one, don't understand your frustration, so maybe you can help me out here. Trump, in an ideological sense, is a moderate Republican. In a lot of ways, his views are closer to the 1990's version of Bill Clinton rather than George Bush. I was watching some of these protests on the news today and the LGBT community is part of the riots.

    Why?

Trump, as a businessman, has been pretty gay friendly, and for all the awkward quotes he's made during the campaign, I've not heard one that could in any sense be considered anti-gay. I'm more worried that the media, with it's constant attack on Republicans over the years, has made Republicans in general unacceptable to many groups in this country, regardless of facts on the ground. When you call someone "literally Hitler" for two years, I guess it's not a surprise that lots of people will start to really believe that.

And what would you do with Hitler?

I'm guessing that Trump is going to have more assassination threats and attempts than any President in history, all because so many of you guys think Trump is actually Hitler reborn. There is even one guy on this forum who thinks Trump is going to open concentration camps. In spite of the political successes you guys have had over the past couple of years, <<Mod Edit - Rule 2 - Insult to a Group>> You guys are going to make peaceful transfers of power difficult if not impossible.

    <<Mod Edit - Rule 3 - Removed Flamebait>>

They'll shut up if they're ignored, as they deserve to be. Children stamp their feet and generally play up if they don't get their way, and liberals are adults with the minds of children

Yep ... Trump will make America great again and we will see how and if really then ... or if his blabbering is at least same cent worth as the blabbering of the political establishment. Will only be interesting if all these followers of him here will start to shout on him if he don't ...

However, he is elected and the realities have to be taken now.

And not a job among the protestors...

    - - - Updated - - -

This started in 2007 when John Podesta decided to brainwash the voters of this country.

    That's some Joseph Goebbels (*)(*)(*)(*).

And the Democrats bought the propaganda... and now they're so (*)(*)(*)(*)ed in the head they don't know what to do.

Look at all those preprinted signs, the democrats are up to their same old tricks. They will scream, cry and burn some (*)(*)(*)(*) because they demand to get their way. All those protestors should go home and burn it, that'll really show Trump voters

If you were an intellectual in 1930s Germany and witnessed Hitler rise, wouldn't you feel compelled to protest? Especially if he lost the popular vote and was givem the victory regardless?

Who cares how many states he won? Most of the red states are sparsely populated. (NYC alone has a larger population than 40 states.) If you have ten million supporters of Clinton in one state, and 10 million of Trump's spread out across twelve states, how is that relevant? All it shows is that the country bumpkins prefer Trump.

Oh, and the only vote actually cast on Tuesday was the popular vote, which Clinton won. The electoral "votes" haven't been cast and won't be until December 19th. If you really believed in the Constitution, you would acknowledge the supreme privilege granted to electoral college in choosing the POTUS.

(Speaking of which, some electoral collge members have expressed concern that Hillary won the popular vote but still lost. Under the Constitution, they're free to vote as they wish, so don't be surprised if the electoral vote is a little different than the predicted one from election night. It wouldn't be the first time it's happened.)

    Soros's MoveOn is the culprit.
    http://www.breitbart.com/live/2016-election-world-reacts-donald-trumps-stunning-upset-victory/moveon-protests-white-house/

Don't expect Soros & his henchmen to take this loss lying down. They spent a small fortune on this election & Soros isn't the type to lose gracefully.

    Just look at these faces:

That is deep dismay. The funny thing is the way the lefties tried to force their agenda is partly responsible for the election of President Trump. So what do these idiots do? Double down of course! Hahahaha! It is like someone in quicksand. The more they fight the deeper they sink!
