Agree again but not Newt.. He's too evangelical and has already started rifts with Congress popping off his mouth. hopefully he will get a nice reward for his loyalty but we'll just not a key position. Smart guy but he's far right and has the bit in his teeth

Bannon is smarter than Priebus. They just need Priebus to deal with congress.

I dunno, we have seen lefties denigrate Trump supporters of all skin tone, gender and experience. They will never stop their hatred. Ignore them.

Frankly, if Trump had picked Hillary Clinton as his Chief of Staff, you and NBC would have found fault with it. Why not just post the words, I hate Trump, and leave it at that?

When the Trump Transition Team made the Announcements, I checked out each of the networks to see what they had to say about it. Of course, the broadcast channels did not break in. Did not expect them to. Fox News, as expected, agreed with the choices. CNN also agreed. Both channels were making the same points in favor of the decision. Both identified Priebus as a Washington outsider. He has only been in Washington for five years. He took over the RNC Chairman position from Michael Steele. Steele had left the RNC $25 million in debt, and contention with their donors. Within his first year Priebus had brought in $88 million, and cut the debt to $11 million.

Priebus, as you pointed out has a connection with Paul Ryan. That connection will be needed as Trump begins laying out his first term strategy. He is a good choice to be a go between with the establishment GOP and his staff.

Of course MSNBC is the only ones to find fault with these choices. But as I have already said you and NBC would find fault with anyone that he picked. So, who cares? Trump made good choices, and you lost the election. To quote Obama, "Get over it!"

He might be the greatest Chief of Staff of all time. Who Knows? Let's give him a chance.

I don't think much of the rioting that is occurring among Hillary voters. Should college students on financial aid be breaking the windows on cop cars because the didn't get their way? maybe it's time to cut off the allowance of those engaged in violence and property crimes in response to political setbacks. If they have any kind of government financial support, tuition subsidy or welfare, after being found guilty, they should be cut off. Certainly this will put a brake on the free-loading campuses encouraging rioting and property damage.

I wonder what Reince Priebus would think of suggesting Congress passing legislation to enable property insurers to sue every one found guilty of rioting to compensate them for those properties, automobiles that were damaged or destroyed during their temper tantrum riots.

For you people, demonstrations will always be "riots," except for a rare gathering of Republicans.

There was never any chance for fixing Washington. Obama couldn't do it, much less the vastly more inexperienced Trump.

    FYI:

The RNC is not a political party or in charge of any political party, it's a private organization.

I was a member of the RNC from 1978 to 1996.

There's also the RNCC (Republican National Congressional Committee) that deals with and supports Republicans who are running for Congress. Again a private organization. The Democrats have their version.

Ronald Reagan began his political career with the CRA (California Republican Assembly) again a private organization. The oldest conservative activist organization in America.

The DNC (Democrat National Committee) as revealed by Wikileaks is an organized crime syndicate, a private banana republic criminal organization.

The RNC is not a political party?

    That sounds weird.

I'd like to see Trump nominate Clinton for the role of Ambassador to Libya.

She'd get a brand new building in Benghazi after all.

Guess what it takes to become a card carrying member of the RNC ? $$$

Same with the DNC but even more big time. But with the DNC they will except votes instead of cash, doesn't matter if the votes are dead people or non citizens.

I'm so glad that Trump is choosing fresh new faces to staff the White House. Up-and-comer Rinse Prius, the longest serving GOP chairmen in GOP history, will be an excellent decision and a HUGE middle-finger to the establishment that he helped to create.

The only thing I want to see Hillary be nominated number is an inmate number. It should be a lifetime appointment.

In some places, they incarcerate political opponents without trial. Since, after decades of partisan vendettas, no pretexts have been found for even a single indictment, its unlikely that the US will suddenly decline to the squalid level of jurisprudence in some third-world nations.

As for Trump® surrendering global leadership in the matter of climate change to China, that would be a very bad idea.

Vast taxpayer expenditures to propel the nation to yet another barren, godforsaken place? Whopee.

Let's just hope that he doesn't crap on the progress that is being achieved:

U.S. economy added 161,000 jobs in October as unemployment rate dipped to 4.9 percent

Right, the moon landings achieved absolutely nothing and were just to boost America's prestige during the Cold War, that's how people were 50 years ago.
Going to Mars would be a hundred times more expensive and I don't think people would stand for it nowadays.
I don't know if President Trump wants to do it, but I should think he's got more sense than to waste all that cash..:)

No, that is exactly opposite how 3rd world countries work. Rather, the rich and power are above the law and never prosecuted in corrupt systems. The lack of the matters concerning the emails ever to be allowed to be examined by an independent grand jury or a prosecute who is not a political appointee is exactly how corrupt government works. But, then, so far, you have been wrong on essentially everything so there is a consistency in your messages.

Prosecuting Clinton & Co would be the best thing that could possibly happen to the Democratic Party. That insider group has all but destroyed the Democratic Party, yet still are holding control of the Democratic Party. While they just keep getting richer and more entrenched, they have run the Democratic Party into the dirt by their incessant Dixiecrat racial and social segregation and division messaging.
