I'm reading this argument on the author of the post, apparently saying that if that vette owner didn't write it, then it's not true. What is this, and idiot convention?

The logic of how the cost of a product tracks back to the income of all those who had anything to do with it is absolute. All they left out is the taxes applied at every step of the way which also had to be built into the cost of the car- making the government probably the largest single cost contributor, and that money did not go in private paychecks.

In order to manage your life, you have to be able to think logically. Get Critical Thinking 101 or something.
