The Muslim college student who claimed she was harassed on the subway is under arrest for making the whole story up. 18-year-old Yasmin Seweid has been charged for filing a false report.

Seweid claimed that three men harassed her, called her a terrorist, and tried to rip off her hijab and shouted “Donald Trump” on Dec. 1 as her train pulled into Grand Central Terminal.

No shocker for me here. Progressives have been using false stories as a tactic now for a while it seems to me. I would not be surprised if the bulk of these "hate crimes" that the media loves reporting about would turn out fake too...if anyone actually cared to follow up. What compelled her to do this ? Others?

But unfortunately for this student, things got out of control after the media took it up. It's pretty disgusting behavior, and that comes from a guy who is a major supporter of civil disobedience. Faking crimes is the absolutely most wrong way to do it. Tying up police time to investigate nothing only puts other peaceful citizens at risk.

If there was real justice she should be in prison for 5 years.
