That would be extremely dumb for Trump to pull such a stunt.

Say, when Obama was forming his cabinet, when did the Democrats call on him to pick republicans for his important posts?

Republicans could go along, they would just have to sit in the back, he said.

I was watching on video yesterday a foreign policy expert from italy discuss that Obama is a global failure.

We Americans need to stop believing just what the MSM tells us. We need to trust FOX news a lot more.

    Right, I saw the video.

How about we dismiss neither, question both and believe what elements each offer that are verifiable and constructive?

Yet, the democrats seem to think a renowned brain surgeon is not qualified to run HUD.

In the way I am a legal immigrant, I should not be deported.

I watched Joe Manchin yesterday go into the Trump Tower. Saw him on the "Morning Joe" show, and if there is any Democrat I actually like, he is one man I do like.

He's almost like an old school, real Democrat - the kind of politician that hasn't been around for decades.

He actually supports the 2nd Amendment (and owns his own guns).

Progressives, if they're smart enough, are going to need him, to work with a Republican majority.

Yeah, I think that he's one of the good Democrats. You can count them on one hand. Someone who can work across the aisle.

Who was the republican that Obama the Uniter brought into his administration?

    What abut Clintons administration picks?

I fail to see why anyone would appoint someone from the other party when the other party has zero history of doing the same

    No.

Screw Trump's... racist, sexist, warmongering, poorly-educated cabinet selections. We might as well, because they are surely on their way to screwing "America". :(

Such feel good pablum is standard issue on both sides. Don't mean (*)(*)(*)(*).

The fact of the matter is that there is such wide disagreement on "what is best for this country" that no compromise let alone cooperation is possible on any major issue.

It is just a bizarre concept to have one area of government 100% at odds with another at the executive management. It would be like Target putting a WalMart executive in charge of 1 entire division of WalMart.

IN FACT, Trump has more reached out to and meet with his most militant opponents and critics than any other President-elect ever has. Unlike Obama, he is not filling his cabinet with zippy pinhead partisan hacks and academia bean-brain lawyers. Unlike Obama, he does not believe government should be run by partisan socialist lawyer-politicians and academia pinheads who have no experience with actual reality.

The start of that statement is a reminder that people feel bad when they loose an election. Reminding folks they have a greater duty to their country than their party isn't about making anyone feel good—it's about making sure they do what's important regardless of how they feel.

Most believe that propaganda is something which happens to and is directed at other people. That's by design. If people realise that propaganda is directed at them they generally then believe that they're aware enough to be beyond its reach. That's by design, too. People continually buy the same products and generally don't question their beliefs and how they got there, day to day life in the West is awash with hypnotic suggestion to persuade us into all kinds of behaviours we'd likely not be doing otherwise. It's all by design.

Bringing in a Democrat would be the dumbest thing Trump could do. Especially when your goal is to make America great. :roflol:
