We'll have to wait and see. Already Russia supports a man accused of war crimes just so they can keep their military bases intact in Syria. There's rumors they supported some of those crimes, too. They are massing missile defense systems near Poland. If Putin takes advantage of a soft stance on Russia by Trump to take back land, and Trump turns a blind eye to possible Russian war crimes, I'd say Putin is a hell of a lot smarter than Trump.

It all remains to be seen, but Putin is a trained manipulator. Now, perhaps Trump is too, but that art of the manipulation in business is no where near as ruthless as KGB training.

 

Well Putin may or may not be fooling Trump that's yet to be seen, on the other hand Hillary had half this nation manipulated, and that's truly alarming!

He's not dumb. You can't be dumb and pull off the biggest political upset in 100 years and shock even the Republicans. There's a method to madness. He's unrestrained and wild, which is a little dumb, but overall he's not dumb.
