Please find below a copy of my letter to Mr. President-Elect Donald J. Trump that I have sent for his kind attention today. Dear Mr. President, I take a liberty to address you based on your reputation since aparently no one else can or wish to assist me (I do hope that the title President is already relevant and applicable taking into account your forthcomming inauguration). I am a victim of a persecution campaign launched against me due to my political views and political public statements and due to the fact that I am a former witness in US-based litigation and who represented petitioners in the suit US-based investors against the Russian Federation, Russian state-controled energy monopolies Gazprom and Rosneft, and two former top-level government officials Mr. Sechin and Mr. Kudrin (Allen, et at. v. Russian Federation, et al., Civil No. 05-2077, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, action for expropriation of YUKOS Oil Company). My name and my allegations were included in the text of the petition that was made public in mass media and internet (I resided then in the UK). When initially I contacted lawyers of that legal firm in Washington, Columbia D.C. I was not aware that their services were paid by Russian oil tycoon Mr. Nenzlin (and his colleagues at GML) who apparently decided later to use me as so-called ceremonial victim. I tried to made public my allegation, to reveal the truth and to assist investors who were residents of the USA. Irrespective of my status as a witness and my political statements the British authorities refused to provide me with a refugee status for dubious reasons. All my attempts to move or immigrate to the USA have been of no avail. Legal company the represented petitioners in that suit and me as the witness did nothing to assist me either in the UK or to save me from returning back to Russia. Moreover, the VERY day I arrived in Moscow following the refusal of my claim for asylum in the UK, the judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia who had previously considered the legal case for more than two years surprisingly delivered the ruling to deny the legal case related to YUKOS claiming it was not to be viewed under US jurisdiction ! What a coincidence ! What a true justice that safeguards best interests of US citizens including a former adviser to several Presidents of the USA ! A mention should be made that I am a former Head of Fixed Income and Equity Trading of Gazprombank (second largest Russian bank that was controlled by Russian gas monopoly Gazprom). While still employed by the bank, I informed the Central bank of Russia and other law enforcement bodies of many cases of insider trading and market manipulation that were, in my view, initiated by top management of the bank. After a subsequent launch of an inquiry and public statements made by the First Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank (who received my allegations and with whom a studied in Academy of Finance), that top-ranking bank official was assassinated in Moscow (while I resided in the UK awaiting my refugee status). After my meeting with several officials of the US Embassy in Moscow (I was requested to return to Russia since my asylum application in the UK was denied) on January 17, 2008 it was announced next day that the Ambassador of the USA in Russia, Mr. William Joseph Burns, was to become a deputy to the 66th US Secretary of the State (Mrs. Condoleezza Rise). I doubt that was a pure coincidence since I had related my story to the officials of the Embassy including the information that I tried to make public my allegations that Mr. Putin and Gazprom financed the re-election campaign of 2005 of the UK Prime-minister Tony Blair (although I was a witness of many dubious transactions at Gazprombank, I was not initially aware about the origin of the financing). Shortly after I started to seek for a legal representation in my potential suit against the leading legal company Covington & Burling LLP (that represented petitioners in the suit and dealt with me as their witness) with potential charges for a willful negligence I was informed that the senior counsel of the firm and my former key contact in the legal firm had left the firm to become a judge of Iran-US Claims Tribunal in Hague ! Just another strange coincidence ? Not to mention other events that, in my view, demonstrated that the leading legal firm cooperated with defendants when it represented claimants of the litigation. Equally, it is interesting to note that several hours after I submitted my request on May 10, 2012 to launch a police inquiry regarding insider trading related to a secret meeting of Mr. Putin and Mr. Miller (Chairman of Gazprom) with a former Prime-minister of Canada Mr. Chretien (held in Kremlin on July 5, 2004) it was released that later that day (on May 10, 2012) Mr. Putin had called President Obama to inform him that he was not going to visit G8 summit that was expected to be held at Camp David, USA on May 16, 2012. Although he was recently elected as Russian President he claimed that he was too busy forming a new government and Russian prime-minister Mr. Medvedev (who was in fact in charge of that process) would represent Russia instead of him. The truth was in fact that Mr. Medvedev was not present at that meeting with Mr. Chretien in 2004 (although he was surely aware of it being then a head of presidential Administration and a government representative at Gazprom's Board of Directors) and thus could have easily denied to answer any potential questions from media following my allegations. There were many similar cases of strange coincidence. There were at least several attempts of my assassination. It just happened that as a former investment banker I am too smart to be easily killed. To cut a very long story short, I have been persecuted because of my highly sensitive political statements and because bureaucrats and intelligence of many countries do cooperate. Antagonism among authorities exists only for mass media and layman public that are all kept in the dark. Although I have already addressed almost all and irrespective of the fact that many Russian oligarchs and top bankers are either my former personal friends or former colleagues, fellow students or just former acquaintances I am unemployed (I can't fins ANY work although I have experience not only as an investment bankers but also as a bookseller, a stableman, a tutor of English, a cleaner and washer, a post-office clerk, McDonald's member of a crew, an insurance consultant, a courier and a distributor of a daily newspaper in the underground) and penniless and forced to seek food in rubbish dumps to keep my body and soil together. I do hope indeed that you may kindly choose to initiate an unbiased inquiry into my case in order to save me from persecution and allow me to immigrate to the USA.
