Which raises a question...that's not how 2/3 of the voters in California voted on November 8th, 2016.

Raising another question, how much voter fraud actually took place in California ?

This will be one of those rare instances when the public doesn't know what is best for itself, and those who were championing the cause of "democracy" in the 2016 election will gladly overturn these results and go with the decree of liberal rulers in the state.

No it's a case of human rights issues . Human rights issues effect all humans . As a human you should be interested in the pursuit of human rights. It's that simple.

But when you put rights above Americans right there's a problem.

When you put foreigners who have already broken the law above the law, there's a problem.

When America is no longer a nation of laws, America is no longer a sovereign nation.

It's not a "human right" to live in whatever country you want and demand welfare.

I'd love to see that question answered. I mean, besides via the Jedi mind trick: "There's no problem here. This is not the fraud you need to be worried about. Move along, move along...".

I'm not so sure about this. I think there's a great deal of interest in seeing the issue properly addressed.

Exactly right. Kate Steinle's human rights were violated when her life was snuffed out by a person who was here illegally. It's that simple.

Any other source for this poll besides the white supremacy site Breitbart?

Time to end the blatant law breaking of democrats.

Cut their funding, make them pay for breaking the law and selling out Americans.

    And then jail them.

Human rights? What the hell does that mean? People have rights or they don't, according to established law.

Illegals have no rights in the U.S. because THEY'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE HERE!!

Are you of the opinion that those who cross into the country illegally is a human rights positive?

I thought the same thing as I read this. The state is UBER Liberal. Maybe they realize that Trump will not give them any money, so they'll throw the illegals under the bus....

The voter fraud doesn't necessary have to take place at the polls. There are the county register of voters where the first count of the ballots is taken place then the State Secretary of State Office also the State Attorney General who has refused to investigate any voter fraud cases and in collusion with Gov. Brown wrote the ballot initiatives so the voters are going to the polls and are voting for something that they are unaware what they are actually voting for like Prop. 24 two years ago or Prop. 57 back in November. Basically California's voting process is rigged and open for fraud.

The entire executive branch of California is run by radical leftist progressives and if the DNC has been exposed being a corrupt banana republic political party why wouldn't the progressive California state government ?

Invading the internationally recognized borders of a nation is not a "human right".

Violating the immigration laws of a nation is not a "human right".

If you truly think such things are a "human right" than kindly PM me your address because I'm going to let the nearest shelter to you know that they can tell homeless people that its ok for them just walk in your home and take up residence on your couch.

Its a "human right" after all.

Do you have a source that is not Breibart, so this thread can be taken more seriously?

The poll was done by liberal UC Berkeley. If the only argument you have is to whine about a source, you might try clicking on the source to find out where they got their info from next time.

    - - - Updated - - -

Another one too lazy to actually click on the link to see where the actual poll came from.

How about the "San Diego Tribune" Op-Ed, they are running with the story.

    Not acceptable ???

Ok, how about a leftist source like Berkeley.
    FYI:

The way Breitbart News works, they report the news that the liberal bias MSM don't want you to know.

If it weren't for Breitbart most Americans would have believed the MSM when they reported that Obama declared the border was secured and that illegal aliens were fleeing south towards the border going back home. When the truth was at the same time hundreds of thousands of illegal alien children were crossing the border illegally and Obama was finishing the crime for the Mexican cartels of transporting the illegals at taxpayers expense to their final destination deep into the interior of America.

Breitbart broke the truth while the MSM was reporting fake news.

Well, apparently human rights is not an important item in countries like Nicaragua, Honduras, and Mexico.

THIS WOULD MATTER IF CALIFORNIA WERE A DEMOCRACY INSTEAD OF A ONE-PARTY STATE
