That was Oct 22. A lot happened in the next ten days, not the least of which was the release of information by Comey. She was winning up to the last few days which is what the polls showed. She took a dive and never recovered when Comey came out and said the investigation has been reopened.

    http://www.dailywire.com/news/5361/can-trump-beat-hillary-here-are-latest-polls-james-barrett

She won the popular vote by 2.1%, which is well within the margin of error.

If is pure fantasy to dismiss all polls because of a last minute swing.

While Clinton ran a campaign of insults and put downs. Policies played a small part. Real smart way to win an election.

The trump hate and partisanship is hilarious.

Nice thought, but I don’t think that will ever happen, like daffodils in spring, they will always be around.

We saw this exact same article a few months ago. It was as stupid then as it is now. And a quick check shows that many of the people in it are actually Hillary voters and not trump suppporters to begin with. Click on their pages and you'll see all kinds of pro Hillary anti trump bullshit. Epic fail OP. Epic fail.

People not talking politics is not the swm as people not concerned. Often the very lack of talk is an indicator that many are on watch and see and they do not yet like what they see

    Anecdotes are meaningless.

If they know that you are a Trump supporter they are not going to get into a political argument at work because they know better.

Instead they will just smile at you and go back to their work instead.

So no, what you posted does not reflect the mood of the electorate.

The best case in point for this argument is time. In due time the truth is always revealed, time will reveal that we are paying for the wall at our border and not Mexico. Time will reveal that preexisting conditions cannot be protected without some form of a mandate to buy insurance(either through premiums or taxes). That the president's promises that everyone would have insurance under his healthcare plan is a fallacy. That his promise to appoint a special prosecutor to investigation Hillary Clinton was a lie. That he will not fulfill his promises of reducing the national debt. That he will not fulfill the goal he set during his inauguration to eradicate "radical Islamic terrorism completely from the face of the earth". That he will not fulfill his promises to make no cuts so medicaid (cuts for medicaid are already in the works). That he will not enact term limits on congressmen and senators. That he will not fulfill his promises of "complete American energy independence. Complete. Complete!". That he will not expand right to carry to all 50 states. That he will not fulfill his promise to reverse China's entry into the World Trade Organization. That he will not fulfill his promise to remove all undocumented immigrants from the US . That he will not fulfill his promise to remove existing Syrian refugees from the US. That he will not fulfill his promise to release his tax returns after his audit is complete (his audit is already complete)

I could spend hours arguing about how people were suckered into believing these things, but it would all be pointless. The truth will be revealed in due time, so we might as well sit back and watch things unfold

    From the OP link;

Trump has effectively galvanized those who oppose him into taking action now, rather than waiting for the next election.

And it is way more intense than it was after the Bush/Cheney regime was imposed on this nation.

The elections this November and in 2018 will be interesting to watch.

So was Trump colluding with the Russians or the FBI?

Yea , that's exactly what the Democrats and the Clintons did . They galvanized honest Americans to take action on election day . And that's what Americans did , they got out to vote for the best candidate . I'm glad they did !

Actually I never told most of the people at work who I voted for and I never even talked about politics to most of the people at work so you are wrong. The majority of people where I live no longer care about Trump or Hillary and have went back to their daily lives..

So your anecdote has even less relevance by your own admission.

Invoking fear into people about Muslims isn't that good of taste either. Besides, "Stronger Together" and "Love Trumps Hate" is better than the assumption America is a dystopia with "Make America Great Again" when its already great. Besides, it was Trump who spun the Deplorables comment out of proportion, let alone context, not Clinton, who's description of the fringe part of Trump's base was accurate.

He won't 'change' and we see how he is and what he's done already. I have no faith in POTUS 45. If ANY positive outcomes associated with him comes to fruition, I'll cheer those accordingly. (But affording 45 any amount of reverence won't likely be a reality with me.)

This is one inaccurate statement after another.

We are paying for the wall, not Mexico

He did say he would he would instruct his attorney general to hire a special prosecutor to investigate Hillary Clinton

He did say everyone would have insurance under his healthcare plan

We are still running a multi-billion dollar deficit, so no.. the national debt has not gone down, it is still going up, and will continue to go up until we create a balanced budget. https://www.thebalance.com/current-u-s-federal-budget-deficit-3305783

ISIS is still a thing, as is Al-Qaeda, Boko Haram, and several other terrorist groups. Islamic terrorism will never be completely eradicated from the face of the earth, as the president claims. Only a fool would believe such a thing could realistically be accomplished

Nobody has cut medicaid. However, if the healthcare replacement plan that the GOP and the president now support passes, we will be cutting over $800 billion over the next 10 years http://talkingpointsmemo.com/dc/cbo-report-medicaid-cuts

Pointing out the president's lack of power to set term limits in no way contradicts my point that he will not fulfill this promise. In fact it supports what I said.. maybe he shouldn't make promises he knows he cannot fulfill http://www.businessinsider.com/donald-trump-congressional-term-limits-2016-12

Promoting "pro-America" pipelines is not the same as making the US completely energy independent. Again, he shouldn't make promises he knows he cannot fulfill http://www.politico.com/story/2016/05/donald-trump-energy-drilling-fossil-fuels-223628

You're right, Trump is not the president of China.. so he shouldn't make promises that only the president of China could fulfill http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-m...everse-chinas-entry-world-trade-organization/

No, people of refugee status are not being removed from the country, and the president himself has already admitted he will not fulfill his original campaign promises to deport all undocumented immigrants. He's now promising the same number that Obama deported, which is 3 million undocumented immigrants deported

Yes, Trump did promise to release his tax returns after his audit, he's on video saying this "I will absolutely give my returns"

Again, I could spend hours arguing why these things will not happen, but it would be pointless. Time will reveal the truth in due time. Enjoy

I'm so happy with Trump (unexpectedly so) that I'm going to vote twice for him in 2020.

Oops. Did I say that out loud?

If that number gets to 100% regretful Trump voters, Hillary Clinton still won't be president. Now or ever.

He can only cut from about 30% of the budget.

Cutting the worst of the worst first is better than attrition from everything in DC.
