I just read that and didn't see this statement.

A rare good article from Time that explains just how unknown this question is. I hope the lawsuits go through to the SCOTUS for more strictly defined law on the matter.

"So what?" !! Are you serious? And that postulated nonsense of his taxes being a "convoluted mess" is something one would expect from the likes of Rush Limbaugh or Hannity.

Trump's smoke blowing is NOT releasing the actual returns.

Wrong, and wrong. I'm too tired to explain it again. We're done here.

He doesn't legally have to and knows they will be used against him fairly or unfairly, so why should he? Those complaining that he hasn't released them might as well be complaining that he's too smart to do so.

If it's that important to all of you, see that the next person that refuses doesn't win the Presidency.

Your willful ignorance and stubborn denial is appalling. IMHO, Clinton's stupid usage of a non-secure PC wouldn't have been a big deal if it weren't for her knee jerk reaction to LIE about her mistakes (one of the reasons I'm not a fan, nor did I vote for her). Still that is NOT a DELIBERATE action of doing business with a adversarial country and then becoming President and trying to BS the nation about it (i.e., tax returns).

Again, you take great leaps of assumption that his tax returns "will be used against him fairly or unfairly". How can that be if Trump is on the up and up, as he constantly insinuates? As I pointed out previously on this thread, Trump is a documented LIAR regarding his reasons for NOT releasing his tax returns....he has NOT emphasized that he is not legally bound to do so.

Translation: RodB prefers his own myopic interpretation of reality. When faced with the cold logic derived from ALL the facts, he cops out. Typical right wing tactic.

How is it up there in the clouds? One good definition of "reality" is the precise words written in black and white on paper.

Unfortunately, the Democratic strategy since 2016 has been to make screaming accusations, and hope that eventually one of them sticks. This like everything else is just a smokescreen.

IMO the reaction to Comey's firing supports my point. The Dems hated Comey until Trump fired him.

He can do what he wants on this.

With his kids running it, there should be no problems.

The blue collar voters of the swing states elected Trump so you can thank them for putting a rich CEO into the Oval Office for the first time in history.

Yes, but they have taken it to a new level with the, "unmasking," that they never thought they would have to answer for.

Not to mention the incidental surveillance that clearly was more than that.

The constitution states that all are equal under the law and are inicent untill proven guilty. Trump's travel ban and imagration orders treat people as guilty without proving that guilt.

This is a goverment by the people.
    Your civic Responsibility

As American’s we have a civic responsibility To Insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common good, and provide justice for all people. That is the duty of government and we our the government. President Trump said that The people our going to take back the government and It is time that we must make this true. That means that each of us must do our duty and accept our responsibility as Americans.

What is an American? A person who believes That all men are created Equal and wants to live in peace in a society where all are equal under the law. He is willing to do what is necessary to promote and defend the rights of all people to become the best they can become. America is not a place but an idea and an American is anyone who believes in that idea.

If you do not feel your brother’s pain you are causing it. If you are not a part of the solution you our part of the problem. If your table is full and your neighbor's is empty you our both losers. Are not all crimes committed by desperate people who did not get the help they needed? Any situation Where there our winners and losers we all lose. We must look for solutions that benefit all for any other solution will only create more problems. We must never fight against something but for something, never in hate but always in love.

The most valuable resource is a human being and we must not waste that resource do to the lack of food, shelter, healthcare or education. No One may know what the future may bring but we all need to prepare for it together.

    1) Trump's immigration (not "travel") ban did not make a single sole guilty of anything. 2) aliens wanting entry into the United States have no, as in zero, constitutional rights.

Thought you were so pleased with your rhetoric that you were done with me? Hmm, seems the same childish mindset by which RodB believes ignoring parts of information that don't appeal to him also believes in having the last word regardless of it's worth.

    Grow up, dude.

Are you 12 years old? Because that response would ONLY make sense to a 12 year old who doesn't read a newspaper. Jeez.

And Trump praised him UNTIL he was slated to testify. Guess which one surpasses the other?
