Gee...what an unimaginable and strange occurrence. Must be purely coincidental that another Trump/Russia connection surfaces. What next? Trump begins tweeting in Russian?

If it walks like a duck..........................

"It was a short introductory meeting. I asked Jared and Paul to stop by," Trump Jr. said in a statement to The Times. "We primarily discussed a program about the adoption of Russian children that was active and popular with American families years ago and was since ended by the Russian government, but it was not a campaign issue at the time and there was no follow up."

Perhaps read your own articles before crying outrage.

Here's why they are saying it may have been a set up.

Specifically, we have learned that the person who sought the meeting is associated with Fusion GPS, a firm which according to public reports, was retained by Democratic operatives to develop opposition research on the President and which commissioned the phony Steele dossier. "

I wouldn't put it past the Dems.

"The Russian lawyer invited to the Trump Tower meeting, Natalia Veselnitskaya, is best known for mounting a multipronged attack against the Magnitsky Act, an American law that blacklists suspected Russian human rights abusers. The law so enraged Mr. Putin that he retaliated by halting American adoptions of Russian children"

The Kremlin lawyer is connected to efforts to have the Magnitsky Act thwarted. This is another sign that there is a Russian under every rock you turn over with Trump. People, Trump is not representing the USA. Putin wants the Magnitsky Act gone and the Trump team appears to have been pursuing any option to win the 2016 election including treason.

Do you have any evidence of treason? Other than your own unhinged emotions? Anything, anything at all? Hahahahahahahaha I guess when a person can convince themselves he is she and she is he, they'll buy just about anything without a single shrewd of evidence.

Honestly at this point I doubt even you believe half of what you post.

    Really? And you believe it?
Trump jr is a dedicated turd polisher for his dad and I'm sure he appreciates your blind devotion.
Trump supporters are a hoot. They've had to jettison any notions they ever had of morality, family values or even common decency to support their great orange hope, and they have to park their brains in the gutter to keep defending his diarrhea of lying turds and puerile rants.
Sisyphus had an easier time of it than Trump supporters.

"Prevezon was under investigation by the Department of Justice at the time the meeting occurred over whether it laundered millions of dollars into New York City real estate."

Gee, wonder who they could be referring to?

    Then there's this:

    "
A major U.S. federal money laundering trial—one related to the Magnitsky murder and the largest ever tax fraud in Russian history—of a Russian firm with ties to both Putin and a major Russian Trump supporter was bizarrely settled without admission of guilt by the Acting U.S. Attorney. The trial could have been a major embarrassment and caused many problems for Russia at this delicate time, and none other than Preet Bharara had been running this case for three-and-a-half years before he was fired by Trump just two months ago. Naturally, questions arise and this looks pretty bad."

Oh, and these lawyers have a habit of falling out of windows!

"A Russian lawyer who was a witness in a US federal court case connected to the largest money-laundering scheme in Russian history was hospitalized after plunging four stories on Tuesday in Moscow, a spokesman said."

Lol...It's more likely that donnie jr was discussing child trafficking to help staff his golf resorts and hotels with underage hookers. Russian girls are very popular with the porn industry and old perverts these days.
I wouldn't put it past the cons.

Since that is the standard Trump excuse, and every single person of interest in the Russian investigation has used it, there's little reason to assign any credibility to it. Don Jr has also failed to disclose contacts as well.

Besides, who would really for one minute believe that these clowns give one good $hit about adopting Russian babies.....

RP12 claims it was about adoptions. Habana says the Dems are behind it.

So many excuses in such a short period of time. It's a reflex on the part of the sheeples. Deny. Distract. Distract. Deny.

Trump must be so envious of Putin.
His Kremlin bling makes the White House look like an outhouse, and he gets to eliminate his opponents without a pesky free press or independent judiciary to get in his way.

Yeah, Putin is worth 20 times as much as Trump is. But that's using the conservative estimate on Putin's worth, and Trump's own claims on his financial disclosure forms, claims, which we know are exaggerated.

I know right? How dare he read the article posted where they include the snippet from Jr. about what the meeting was about. Must only accept that it was treason.

Seriously, the article has the snippet from Jr. If you had read the whole thing, you'd know that.

According to the rumors he would have just asked his brother what they have in stock.

I quoted the article the OP used. My apologies if that triggered you.

I'd do suggest discusing the article instead of just blindly lashing out at me in your *justified manner* though.. Posts like the above do nothing for dialogue and actually show that those who you insult are correct.

No the article i quoted claims that. I did not write nor participate in any way in the creation of the article.

You attempting to make this thread about me however is doing just what you claim! Shall i remind you of your own words?

"It's a reflex on the part of the sheeples. Deny. Distract. Distract. Deny"

eat your own words and let us all know how tasty they were.

I'm sure all the Russian orphans will be exposed by WaPo or the NYT as covert Russian agents ... :roflol: Putin possibly having fathered all of them too?

They are claiming it wasnt about a law passed on by both countries blocking adoptions. The burden of proof on them.. Seems the agenda is to just accuse of wrong doing and then pat each other on the back and attack those who are discussing the topic.
