I think the laws and the courts disagree with your opinion. Proof: many black people are still voting and are considered American despite not being familiar with the Constitution.

And why is the Constitution brought up anyway? The Constitution does not say that private citizens cannot discriminate.

Most White people in the States are pure enough to qualify as White. Inter-racing breeding happened rarely back in the days. Most people back then married within their own race. It is safe to say that up until very recently, there hasn't been too much mixing between the races.

You're leaving out that recessive genes can also skip multiple generations. I have a nephew with red hair, despite the fact that neither of his parents nor any of his grandparents have red hair. The notion that red haired people will go extinct because it is a recessive gene is a myth, you can ask any geneticist and they will tell you that red haired people are not going to go extinct, and in order for them to go extinct, you would have to kill off or sterilize every person who carries that gene.

I should also note that skin color is polygentic, it is neither recessive nor dominant

 

It's not the same. Back then, the American continent was not a country in the sense we understand this word. They weren't coming here to live in a well-developed country like most of present-day minorities from around the world are.

How could you even begin to make a conclusion like that. Albeit, non-white countries have done it right...for other reasons. But the only reason people immigrate to "white" countries is because we've opened up our economies to foreign workers. If you are referring to the United States, then you fail to see the point of our great nation. If you're referring to Europe, then yes, that is a place with truly "white" countries. They, too, have opened up their doors for foreign work, call it globalism, call it anti-protectionism.

However, places like Dubai and Japan are not exclusively non-white, and receive a lot of white immigration for their job opportunities. People don't move places to add their non-whiteness to a white country. They go there for opportunities they didn't have in their home country.

Let's check your tolerance levels again after a year or two in a black or brown third world nation, under some sort of corrupt or theocratic govt.

 

If enough red-haired people marry black-haired people, and all their descendants do the same, and says this happens for quite a few generations (and this is possible because the minorities keep growing in numbers), the resulting people will almost never have red-hair. They might still carry the genes, but the looks can be said to be lost. Yes, maybe someone down the line will be lucky enough to have received two sets of red-hair genes from both parents and be born as a red-head. However, if the chance of this happening is so low, let's say we go from a couple million of red-heads today to only a couple dozens in the far future, then it is safe to say that the red-hair trait has been effectively erased.

I am not sure why you are even arguing this anyway. I personally think that one, even just one, red-head decides to race-mix, it's a tragedy. Red and blond hair are beautiful.
