    TRIED to influence. Read more carefully. Unless they were controlling he DNC they did t influence diddly. You know what influence the election?. The DNC paying to dig up old videos and audio of trump before he was even a candidate and passing it off like it happened yesterday.

    The experiment was a democracy of white male landowners. It worked for a while.

    The expansion of the franchise combined with the increase in diversity has fragmented the electorate. It is impossible to have the country run democratically. Both parties are tools of the plutocrats.
