What the heck are you talking about? I voted for Trump that doesn't mean I 'love' him. You guys are obsessed with your hatred and can't see beyond that. There are things I like about Trump and things I don't like. I liked nothing about Hillary who was nothing but an Obama clone. Trump is a bombastic loud-mouth but, his heart is with We The People no matter what the leftist MSM or the Democrats want to protest. I voted for Trump because I am tired of all the PC rhetoric served to US by our 'representatives' both left and right. Trump knows how to make $$$ and is already causing the market to skyrocket. Liberals with investments and 401Ks should be grateful. If Trump fails to lift America out of the malaise of the past 8 years, I'll drop him like a hot potato.
Not really. True, there have been a lot of low paying jobs (stuff you really can't live on) that have been created under Obama, but millions of good jobs that vanished during the recession haven't returned. Thank Obama for embracing policies that encourage outsourcing and offshoring for the continuing decline of the middle class. You conveniently ignored how the economy predictably stagnated under Obama. Over the past year before Trump, things were not near as rosy as you suggested. You don't get 4 Pinocchio's for your posts, but you're on the edge.
When I voted for Trump, I knew he'd be a clumsy, imperfect president. But I still don't regret that we don't have the alternative. Nope.
But you'll hear, I'm sure, thay that's just more evidence of how awesome Obama is. He did so well in spite of the obstructionists! Even though the President can't pass a law without the House...
When facts are of no concern to you, it's easy to throw around made up numbers. Personally, I prefer living in the real world.
The only ones who believe in "natural" market forces are those who also believe in "supernatural" market forces. No, Virginia, there is no Santa Claus.
Oh... you really want me to start listing Obama's accomplishments? Seriously? And that's how you expect to get out from naming even one from Trump that would have produced those numbers? Ha! The Fantasy world is too real for you.... Where do you want me to start? Chronologically, with the Stimulus and saving the auto industry? Or in order of long-term positive impact to the budget with things like Obamacare and getting out of Iraq? Or maybe in terms of helping people not represented by lobbyists like reducing the number of homeless veterans by 50%, or "My brother's keeper" helping the poor enter the workforce... Your call! But first, let's see you show anything that Trump has done. Some major piece of legislation that might have the long term impact in this very small sample I have mentioned.. I know you won't even bother... Because I know the answer: nothing! As I have demonstrated, all he has done is take credit for Obama's accomplishments
Absolutely not! The Fed put money in the street to stimulate the economy. And stimulate it it did! The policy pulled us out when we were on the brink of a greater disaster. And, guess what, it worked! It worked so well that Trump now wants to take credit. It did leave scars, and we knew it would. But Trump will not deal with those. He just takes credit...
And did what? The most ineffective Congress in history became more and more so, as Republicans took it over.
Face it, we're dealing with a cult far bigger than Scientology ever dreamed of. What happens when these heavily-armed people realize they've been duped, or Donnie is finally removed from the White House? We're talking about alt-reality people, neo-Nazis, crypto-fascists, grifter ranchers, the Klan, the lunatic fringe, and the white nationalist movement. Almost all of them NRA members, of course.
If you got your head out of the sand for a second, and looked around you, you might see that we're doing fine... At least for now... I know that's too much to ask from a Trump idolater who can't visualize a world outside what the Breitbart*Fox/Hannity/alt-right media has embedded in their mind. But you could try... It could keep you from making foolish remarks like the one you made here.
You know, the love for Trump is starting to fade. I've been seeing more and more people being interviewed on the news who said that they voted for Trump, but are now disappointed with their decision and wish they had voted for someone else, because Trump isn't living up to what he campaigned on. Matter of fact, if you check what his promises were for his first 100 days, he's accomplished ZERO of them.
