Actually a couple of your examples I consider entrapment. Radar on the roads is more for enriching the city coffers than safety . Cameras on that take pictures of you walking down the street are a infringement on your right to privacy even though they are used extensively to catch criminals or use as evidence. Requiring banks and business to report transactions of over $10,000 is another infringement on individual rights. Manafort may be guilty of a crime but I suspect it is more a fishing expedition. Mueller needs to recuse himself from the special prosecutors role.

Legally, entrapment requires using some kind of trickery to catch a criminal, so while we don't have to like speeding tickets from radar, or red light cameras catching people running red lights, they aren't entrapment. Cameras in public areas are a given now. If you're in a public place, you have no expectation of privacy. I see heat sensor drones "seeing" you inside your house as different from a camera in a public space. That is an invasion of privacy. The $10,000 transaction requirement is to deter money laundering. We disagree on Mueller needing to recuse himself. He's done nothing but follow where evidence leads. Since the investigation is viewed so differently by partisans, if there is anything unscrupulously done in the course of this investigation, we're sure to hear plenty about it. Mueller was GOP appointed to perform a national security service for the nation. There is no limitation that should be put on this investigation once national security is the issue. Maybe suggest Trump golf a little less and his Admin use commercial transport?

He cannot trust the Trump DOJ and has to bring to them an iron clad case(s), hence, the reference to him creating his own DOJ to make sure that the Trump puppet DOJ run by Sessions (who is part of the Russia/Trump collusion) can't refuse prosecution when the case is airtight.
