You just parroted the violent Alt left talking point about all Trump supporters being racists and claim I have nothing of use to say?

    That's a very interesting stance.

Let's not act like our honorable public servants, of either party, are above standing on graves for political points.

Gun banners have been trampling all over the graves of Sandy Hook victims since 5 minutes after it hit the news.

    Many don't agree.

The NFL, the owners, players, at this point, are hanging together.

If people don't want to watch the NFL, don't then. Watch Nascar...their ratings are in the toilet regardless and they could use a few more dolts watching.

You mean like those soldiers who invaded Normandy and they were compared to antifa?

It's not just the "violent alt left" that thinks Trump and a great many of his supporters are racist. If you think so, you are not paying attention.

Going back and forth on this is a waste of time (surely you agree)...so....once again, bye!

Do you have any memes that aren't false? The complaint isn't that they are protesting but the venue in which they are doing it. A hell of a lot of people who aren't in particular conservative don't like it either.

The dude wanted "proof" that many people (non violent people from all backgrounds) believe he is racist and/or appeals to people with a racist attitude.

If you don't believe people feel that way, there's nothing I can do for you to "prove" it. Just look around and listen...the feeling is everywhere!!

Why don't you "prove" he's not racist? Why not continue to parrot what the alt right says day in day out with a bunch of "delusional hyperbole". That'd be useful, right?

I tried to end this as I knew it would be the sort of useless bull that happens with your types. Just hot air.

    So bye, okay?

I'm sure you'll get the last useless word, but I'm done with this sort of waste of time.

In other words, you know you can win the debate based on distortions and lies like in the links you provided. No surprise, the left usually can't win any other way.

You can't prove a negative. I don't parrot anything, I use my own brain and look at the facts and come to my own conclusions. However, on the left you will find the exact same thinking and the exact same hyperbole almost word by word, online, in the MSM, and elsewhere. The "feeling" might be everywhere with lefties, but that doesn't mean it's true. Your links are nothing more than a complete list of the usual distortions and non sequitur fallacies that have been pushed by the left.

I think most folks are missing the point that this protest is no longer about social injustice that Kap wanted to point out last year. It has become pro-Trumpers vs. anti-Trumpers. Pure politics by other means, sort of a proxy election. Trump attack the NFL and the NFL counter attacked Trump and the battle between millionaire players, billionaire team owners vs. Trump who is also a billionaire began. This is a battle between moneyed elites which have turned football into a political arena.

I don't see either side backing away. Non-political, non-affiliated, pure football fans who don't give a darn about Trump one way or the other are trying to be used by both sides in this. Most of them think politics and protests don't belong on the football field. As I stated before, they believe in the right to protest, but disagree with its means. They think kneeling is wrong, that protests belong in a march or a demonstration or a rally. Not on the football field during the national anthem.

Let these moneyed elites fight it out, it's fun watching and fun reading the posts about it.

There are a lot of people that believe the moon landing was a hoax. That doesn't make it so. People believing something does not in and of itself constitute proof of anything.

Can't they just get some pretty socks with matching wrist bands, or a cutesy little bow sticker for their helmet.

Despite Trump's typical attempt to exploit such controversies and divide rather than unite the nation, and the usual historical pattern of social protests being extremely unpopular initially, I think the respectful nature of this silent expression makes it more palatable to Americans, certainly to Democrats and Independents. Kaepernick's eagerly adopting Green Beret Nate Boyer's recommended gesture makes it far more acceptable to the populace than if his previously sitting during the anthem had become the convention.

Trump's hysterical tweets concerning the symbolic genuflection will not serve to divert from serious concerns for long.

It'll be interesting to see where this goes from here.

Let's see Antifa - Violent, law breaking, disruptive.....to name a few things.

Conservatives in your example - NO violence, NO law breaking, NOT disruptive.........they chose to use words to communicate their opinions. Sure sounds WAY better then the Antifa you're trying to compare them to. Is everything that they have said nice......no (and I disagree with using derogatory words)......is that their right to PEACEFULLY utter those words in a free country with free speech (for now)......YES.

There have been counter protests for nearly every protest that has occurred. VIOLENT protest are what liberals condone when they ignore Antifa's "protests", or rather riots.

Whoever did that are idiots. What's your point? did I do it here? You still are not condemning the particular action I've posted.

I don't disagree for that is true. But let's not compared that with the particular action I've quoted shall we because they are not exactly equal. Here we have people who call others out for disrespecting soldiers then turn right around doing so, in the most atrocious manner. I'm pointing out the hypocrisy.

Plenty of polls. Also kind of intuitive. Your notion that NOBODY was offended until Trump said something... Idk man, you have to live in some kind of bubble to think that.

That article was from a year ago. There was very little interest until Trump put it front and center to distract his base.

How many threads were there here about it until Trump started his disingenuous game?
