    This is untrue.

    FEC filings for 2020 are allowed already.
    Trump has already filed with the FEC for re-election in 2020.

    Don't know about in the US but in the UK, and Europe in general, he was not hated by anyone. He was mocked for appearing senile, a dreamer with regard to the Star Wars project and his close relationship with Thatcher was not liked by the anti-Thatcher brigade bu they hated Thatcher not Reagan. Trump is deservedly hated by many across the world

    It’s only a matter of time before US elections become a Saturday night TV show with celebrity judges watching the candidates do their party piece with the final result decided by a phone vote. You’d probably end up being led by a dancing dog or a cute kid with a ukulele but I’m not convinced you’d be any worse off. :cool:

    I'm going to withhold judgement until I hear his policies.

    Personally I like the man, he's a nice person and he is reasonably educated (he went to school to be a paralegal)...but I'd have to see his stance on certain issues before I'd consider him.

    We could do worse, GS is conservative, intelligent, speaks plainly ( a little too plainly) and a true Philanthropist. Unlike say the Clinton cult of pork barreling self enrichment schemes hiding behind non profits.

    On the down side he is a sex addict nor was he born in the US.

    WHO really is the sleeper is in that group is Paul Stanley. That guy has polished sincere sounding oratory skills that would put Obama to shame. Also conservative. Shocked me frankly.

    I met them both at a presser for the Wounded Warrior Project event here they were holding/sponsoring.

    As to the OP. Rock for Prez? Why not. Smart guy, charismatic, wealthy, strikes me as a no BSer. I'd vote for him.

    Boredom I suspect. Also lack of consequences or ah constructive feedback on thread creation or postings forum guidelines by our lovely moderation team.

    This place has slipped pretty far in the last year. I think the socialist leftism here has worn the moderation team down to their wits end frankly. They've given up. Thrown in the white flag
