Should the president of the United States, revoke the broadcast charter of NBC?

Trump has informed us, that NBC has lied. They are major purveyors of FAKE NEWS. Which, is doing harm to our country. It could even be considered national security. So, due to this, shouldn't Trump revoke NBC, and possibly CNN?

You guys do realize Trump never said He was going to shut down MSNBC. He said there should be a price to be paid for unethical behavior in the media. I don't know if anyone regulates these purveyors of truth, but if you do the crime, somebody should say knock it off. Why is it controversial for a president to point out a problem and say it needs fixed? He never advocated against free speech. It is the same with the NFL. He never ordered NFL owners to follow their own rules and have respect for the country. He just said their behavior was disgraceful and should be fixed.

This is just more red meat for his highly gullible base. But what is dead serious is that he is continuing his culture war against the 1st Amendment and a free press. Again we see trump making moves right out of the dictators playbook.

Trump is an enemy of the 1st Amendment, therefore the Constitution, therefore an enemy of the US by definition. Soldiers are sworn to protect us from Trump.

 

If Trump is going to revoke on the basis of lies he is going to have to revoke himself.
