i am not wishing, that is you once again projecting my position, which you always purposely make false assumptions.

back to the original post, zimmerman was found not guilty, martin was not charged, and hence legally, not guilty.

no they did not, there just wasn't enough evidence for a conviction, it did not prove Martin guilty of anything

and from hearing from jurors afterwards, Zimmerman is a very lucky man

No you are wishing fkr something that was not, it was fully adjudicated in court and investigated by the obama DOJ. Zimmerman was found to have acted in self defense remember he engaged in an affirmative defense and proved it in court. Your wishing it different does not change that.

It was an affirmative defense and there was overwhelming evidence it was self defense. Zimmerman had to prove it in court and did so. Even the jurors who apparently wanted to convict him could not. It was self defense.

your obsession with martin, digging up graves, to make political statements, after all this time, is disturbing.

It is a good example of what is going on on the black community and young black males and the results.

As a black male I agree with this statement. The schools are a mess. It’s a generation of no fathers, gangs(which I’m involved in)hyper masculinity. The schools are a reflection of the community. We have serious issues. It comes down to raising these kids. Violence is the go to solution. That’s a serious problem, we don’t give these kids a chance in the hood. When I come home from prison I had a huge welcome home surprise party. When my brother got his degree he wasn’t that celebrated. It’s a mindframe mindset thing.

First, gratz to you for turning your life around.

Secondly, you'd be surprised who agrees with you regarding this: Black teachers. It's funny, the people who are the most - I'm not sure if "disgusted" is the right word to use, but it's all I can think of at the moment, are the black teachers themselves. When I asked one of them about it, she said it was because these kids - "their people" - were representing poorly. And I've had two black principals flat-out say that the biggest problems they had were with the black kids and that they accounted for almost all the fights, and this in schools where the Hispanics outnumbered the blacks 2 1/2:1

Yep, they will say this in private conversation.......but would never disrespect 'their community' by going public with what we all know. And if any White person said this they would call them 'racist'........certainly no 'administrator' would state the obvious in fear of ruining their career by the virulent PC reaction.

That is why I turned into a trump supporter. We can’t have a real conversation in this country without someone calling racist or a pc mindframe. Like I always say I’m not afraid of white males or Mexicans. I look out for the guys that look like me to kill me. I’ve been shot and stabbed on separate occasions and it wasn’t by a white make. The black male has serious issues. Whites raise their kids to have a trade. We raise our kids to be dealers. I know 15 people off the top of my head between 27-40 who have never had a legal job. They all have kids and instill this mindset into them. So these kids go to school and have issues. These kids produce more kids and the cycle goes on and on. I’m glad I can’t have kids for one and for two I changed my life. I’ve been to a graduation here in Indianapolis where they fought at the ceremony and continued to hand out the diplomas like it was everyday business. I would feel threatened if I was white by black males.

Why doesn't the union fight for the safety of the teachers? I thought that's what unions did?

I would guess they do, but it's sadly a hard thing to do, as lawyers are often free and fight the schools, I have heard many stories from teachers, it's crazy

students needed people to support them, but it's gone too far in the students favor to where it's protecting those that are a danger to themselves, other students and teachers

These kids have too much a voice with their parents butting in. We need to bring the paddle back and bring back Jesus into schools. For a start.

Do you think these lawyers and law firms are liable for the injuries to teachers and students?

Because that would require pointing out who the perps are......and that would be politically incorrect.......most of the union hierarchy are either blacks or self-loathing whites. Liberalism requires ignoring/covering up reality in order to present a false narrative

Jesus won't stop them. Their parents won't stop them. Paddles won't stop them. What is left, attorneys.....laws.....judges? They can't stop them.

I wonder what consequences would work?

This is what 'teaching' children of color boils down to in today's world:

do not agree with that, but I do agree a school should have the power to expel kids that are not their to learn

no reason to force students to say the pledge, she lost control when she tried to force this on them, they do it day in and day out.... it gets old
keep the pledge for special occasions, not forced on every child every morning, this is not north Korea for goodness sakes
I could tell just listening too her where he bias was... may agree with many of her points... but it was obvious

kids are tired first thing in the morning and having to do this day in and day out makes them dislike it, the opposite effect we want

this is the way students used to have to say the pledge every morning
