LOL, I think this is funny. I remember those on the right here on this site listing every little expense that Obama' racked up on his vacations, even the first lady and hollering to high heaven about. I remember the Obama supporters defending him to the max.

Now we change president's and parties, it is just the opposite. The left is hollering to high heaven about each and every little expense and the right, Trump supporters defend him to the max. Politics as usual.

I have no problem with it, what is good for the goose is good for the gander. But it all seems like overkill to me. This is another prime example why I dislike and distrust both major parties. I wonder if the anti-Trumpers realize they are doing exactly the same thing the anti-Obama's did that the anti-Obama's thought was so wrong. Funny.

While it is true that Obama's supporters defend him in the face of constant right wing attacks over his vacation, they didn't have to lie about it.

But the Trump media does.

Obama was very regular. He took two vacations a year, one in Martha's Vineyard in Summer and he spent the Christmas holidays in Hawaii. He played golf occassionally, usually in the DC Metro area.

This is a far cry from the 78 golf outings of Trump, most, of not all, to places he owns.

And Obama did not own a hotel and double the rates so he could fleece the taxpayers in order to put up his entourage at inflated rates.

 

False comparisons are a cornerstone of tRUmpism and societal decay.

Neither; it's all about making money for trump, who by the way has played more golf in his first ten months then Obama did in his first two years in office. We are not paying him to play golf, instead he's supposed to be working running the country.

 

Not only that, the amount that the Secret Service may have paid for golf cart rental pales into insignificance compared to the costs racked up by Michelle Obama's multi-plane excursions for her and her brood during the Hawaii vacations, the stupendous Africa vacation, the European extravaganza, etc. For someone masquerading as a 'poor, downtrodden Black woman' from South Chicago, she sure knew how to 'mine' the Mother Lode once she got a shovel in her hands!

 

This doesn't include the rental of the Oval Office he owes to Putin.

 

And the taxpayers have already spent 3 times that much on child rape excursions and cover-ups for Trump-a-dump.

There are a number of things to question about Trump's goals and policies -- the 'wall' (instead of drones and land mines), a 'tax reform' that fails to get rid of all the shelters, loopholes, and other write-off's, and, farting around using 'sanctions' with North Korea instead of permanently removing this dreadful threat to our very existence and that of our allies. But not f*cking GOLF CART RENTALS....
